Stayed for three nights and lets just say we were happy to get out of there. The rooms were musty, dark, and lacking any sort of charm. Mosquito net was a complete afterthought so it's just hanging from the ceiling by a piece of wire and doesn't fit around the bed. The bathroom was small, poorly planned, and the shower...

Stayed for 2 nights as part of our time in Zimbabwe. Warm friendly greeting from polite and knowledgeable staff. Everything was organised through the main reception, which is open 24 hours, so trips and tours were a breeze. Our room was nice with a huge firm bed, TV and air con, and a small fridge.

Had to wait a little bit for the room to be sorted out. Room wasn't perfectly clean; one of the newer ones may be nicer. Staff were excellent, very friendly. Breakfast was also excellent. Place is far-ish from town, but transport is offered. Very good accommodation for the price.

Very old school. Definately not worth the money. Need a serious upgrade in hospitality especially in food preparation & presentation Rooms & linen are clean. Mosquito nets doesn't fit the beds & bar is extremely expensive compared to other more modern hotels/lodges in the area. Friendly, helpful staff. Kids enjoyed the sparkling clean pool.

Coming from Europe without experience what Africa is about, you may be disappointed after check in to Pamusha Lodge. However, after having travelled from Vic Falls to Nairobi via Zambia, Malawi and Tansania, you consider this lodge as a perfect start. We were welcomed warmly, there is 24/7 tea and coffee available and Pamusha means home. You can feel it....

Pamusha Lodge and staff were everything we needed and wanted for our New Years trip to Victoria Falls! The transport was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, the rooms were ready and clean with everything we were promised (air-conditioning, fridges, towels etc). The pool area was perfect for relaxing and the bar and restaurant were always available...

The room is overpriced and the facilities of the hotel are not worth it the money that they ask for overnight of €135. The staff are very friendly and eager to help you. Breakfast is nice and dinner is inexpensive. They arrange the helicopter tour for you and they pick you up from the airport. Service is exceptional.

We came to the lodge after a long and tiring trip. First thing a receptionist guy called Wisdom was passing on some weird jokes, which made us feeling very unwelcome. The rooms are quite old. The breakfast is ok. Checkout at 10.00 and you need to expect to be kicked out of your room exactly at this time. Even though...

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lodge is situated away from town buzz, in a quiete place (ideal for resting traveller). I hope renovations are due soon as it seemed to require paint touch ups on walls and roofing.Pricing on direct inquiry with lodge different with infor on website and no clear response provided on difference.

The food is great and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. My kids really enjoyed the cool and clean swimming pool! My family really got value for our money considering that the rates were low! I would not hesitate to recommend Pamusha to anyone.
