Last year we got a nice modern room and were welcomed by very nice staff. This time we had an old room with a airco that didn't work . I went to the reception bc the temp was so high it became unbearable . They gave us an even more older room with a dirty carpet and poorly installed shower. 87 euro is far too much for such a poor room. The only friendly guy was the security in the morning who got us a taxi. The rest of the receptionstaff is inadequate and unfriendly . It was my second time but certainly my last one .

Outrageous. My husband and my friend (girl) came back from eating out at 11:30pm and were stopped and questioned by a male receptionist. He asked my husband if he was a "resident" and then asked to see our room keys / numbers. When he saw we only had two keys (my friends and ours) he asked my husband "And you ? Where's your room ?" I have never had to answer questions in a 4 star hotel, whatever the time. The man was basically suspecting my husband of bringing prostitutes in when - mind you - we are all French and do not even speak a word of Arabic. It is insulting and certainly not the kind of behavior that is expected out of such a high standard hotel.

Very friendly/professional staffs. Good rooms, good food. The rooms with windows on the exterior of the hotel (looking outside of the facility) was best for me because of enough natural light during the day. Try to negotiate with/request the reception if natural lighting is your preference too. I Couldn't ask for more. James

Having to attend a funeral in Tunis we needed a hotel on short notice and found this hotel on-line. Pictures looked really nice and price was reasonable. When we arrived we where welcomed in a friendly manner. The hotel on eyesight was nice, until we got to the room. There was a leak in the bathroom and the wifi was not working properly. When reporting this no action was taken other than they remarked we had brought our5 year old child with us, which we had reserved and they stated we had not paid for it. When checking the reservation we did, however we remarked that there was no bed for her, so sad if you arrange a bed we will of course pay extra. The bed never arrived so we slept with 3 in 2 small 1 person beds. The next day we decided our little girl would stay with her grandmother as it was not acceptable sleeping like this. On check out the receptionist demanded payment of 150 euro extra for the child. We stated that the child had not slept in the hotel for the past nights and that we had asked for a bed and it was not given. So we said if you really think you are right call the police. In the end he did not and we left. The room itself was not bad but very small, not very clean and no view at all. The bathroom was small and leaked. Our recommendation ....... avoid it.

Nice, modern hotel conveniently situated close to Carthage International Airport of Tunis. Wifi of good quality. Some technical aspects (closing windows) and housekeeping (check if towels are available) could be improved.

Near to airport but there are much better hotels in this area. I had to change floors because the wifi wasn't working and even then it worked erratically. Air conditioning pumps in smoke laden air - my eyes are actually sore. The nearby road and airport mean the windows have to stay closed to keep the noise level acceptable. The staff smile through it all because they simply can't solve any of these issues. They also seem keen to have payment up front even if that means billing you again for extras at the end of your stay. The restaurant is OK and the location is good for the nearby offices. Above all, the hotel needs a new ventilation system and a new wifi system. Until then, I can't personally recommend it.

Good location and nice staff when you Check in. Breakfast is medium not many choices. Cleaning is medium. Not worth the price. The staff is friendly and smiling. The hotel has a parking in front of it if you have a car. Recommended just for the location.
