I’ve been here with my family and it has been a very comfortable, and welcoming visit. The staff was very friendly and kind and have done their utmost best into making our stay was as comfortable as possible. They all checked in with us everyday to check whether we were comfortable with our rooms and have always made sure that we had what we needed, i would recommend this to those who seek a very comfortable, quiet visit.

This hotel provided an excellent environment for my recent business trip. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The location proved highly convenient, offering close proximity to the airport
The only caveat to consider is the Wi-Fi connectivity. While functional, it occasionally lacked the speed and stability required for uninterrupted video conferencing or large file downloads. Business travelers with significant online demands might want to factor this in.
I hope they fix that soon as possible .

A really well located hotel with a lively restaurant. Check in staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, and the provided utensils and pans were very useful for cooking the first home cooked meal in a while!

Perfect location, clean suites with a small kitchen. Daily room service with a nice touch every evening they bring you a plate of fruits to taste. Reception staff very helpful. Bar and restaurant are very good, food variety and taste exceptional!

I have been a regular guest of the Corail Suites Hotel since 2019. The hotel staff is amazing! They are all warm and friendly professionals. They always go above and beyond to make sure they attend to my needs. The rooms are always cleaned on time and have everything one needs to have a relaxing stay. The Guest Relations manager, Ms. Ahlem, always goes above and beyond to make sure that every guest is feeling comfortable and enjoying their stay. She always asks for feedback which I find laudable and highly professional.

Stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and ended up pretty disappointed. On the plus side, my room was big but felt outdated. Rooms which face the street are also very noisy (thankfully I could swap the room for a less noisy one). The location is good, near the lake and next to a mall.
Breakfast was decent, but there was an awkward moment when a staff member started asking me to leave a (presumably good) review. This didn't feel right to me.
The biggest letdown was dealing with the billing. I gave them my company’s name (it’s a well-known car brand, pretty hard to miss) for the invoice when checking in. They kept asking for the name several times though and then got it wrong on the invoice when checking out. They promised to fix it and email me, but honestly, this should be easily and directly fixable. After three days I still haven't received the invoice and my email asking for it was ignored.
Overall, it wasn't my worst hotel experience but the invoice situation definitely was. This should never happen with a business hotel.

I'm a frequent traveler. I travel all over the world and stay at different hotels. I stayed at the Le Corail Suites in October 2023 during my second trip to Tunisia. I was so impressed by the whole stay experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sawsen, Rahma and Kholoud, to name a few, were very helpful and friendly and always smiling. The check in process was smooth. Sawsen showed me my way to my room and explained things to me in a very professional way. The hotel ambience was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I tried both the Café and restaurant and both were great. I asked for a room at the higher floor and my request was accommodated. I was supposed to stay there from 10/28/2023 to 11/05/2023 but after one day from my stay there I had to make a change in my plans and decided to visit Djerba for couple of nights. I asked at the reception if they can transfer these couple of nights to one of their hotels there. My request was accommodated as well. Not only that, but Mr. Mehdi Ben Thabet, the hotel director, went above and beyond to make sure I get a great experience in Djerba. He personally met with me and offered an upgrade to my stay there to an all inclusive on the beach resort, the Iberostar Mehari Djerba. He personally contacted the hotel director there and gave me his personal contact numbers if I need to contact him in case there are any issues. When I got to Djerba, the check in process at the Iberostar Mehari Djerba was fantastic. I got Star Prestige treatment there. Every thing there was excellent, the resort ambience, the guest services, the room and the food. The hotel director there Mr. Anis welcomed me personally to the hotel. I just cannot thank both Mr. Mehdi and Mr. Anis enough for their hospitality, generosity and professionalism! It was definitely a superb case study customer service experience. Upon my return back to Le Corail Suites Hotel in Tunis, Mr. Mehdi met me again to follow up on my stay experience at Iberostar Mehari Djerba. One reason for my trip to Tunisia is to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was kind enough to make it a memorable birthday ever by surprising me with a birthday cake which was arranged by Sawsen - thanks Sawsen!! I would definitely recommend both Le Corail Suites and Hotel Iberostar Mehari Djerba!
