If there is less than 0...I will use it as rating Breakfast as in jail... Boiled eggs and cheese Air conditioning not working but they gave me another room after 5hours Very small cell.. I mean room دحي مطبوخ الفطور وجبة متلتة مرات تحصل ومرات لا ههههه

Forced to spend night unexpectedly in tunis due to Libya visa issues. Airport agency sent me here. Rooms are fine - not really modern but with excellent views. Cigarette burn on blanket but all felt clean. Noise at night can be bad but is just about tolerable (not sure about weekends). Staff very helpful and friendly, speak good english. Breakfast... More

When I booked this, ALL REVIEWS were terrible, it is a terrible hotel! lol Tunis is very French, and hot and bright, and terribly beautiful. From my hotel room I can see off to Carthage across the Lake de Tunis, and from the elevator, off to the mountains of Dar Sudan. Being on Habib Bourgiba, the Medina is 15 minutes... More

I had no choice...everything else was booked up... I couldnt believe how dirty smelly NOISY it was....music till 5AM.. fights outside..I couldnt sleep and the blankets well dont get me started..The floor were as someone else pointed out UNEVEN..I felt sick every time I had to walk in my room.. the bathroom was soooo dirty... Anyway.NOTHING NICE TO SAY.. just... More

It appears to be better than it actually is from the outside, from the inside the hotel, that is within the rooms--the condition is deplorable! The room is uneven believe it or not! the ground you are walking on is uneven, feel surreal. The carpets are collage of spills, dirt and whatever muck hasn't been cleaned in the last century... beware, locals frequent bar till midnight,weekends loud african disco from midnight constant comings and goings,tunisian cabaret next door, would never get good night sleep toilets filthy
