Only stayed here for one night as part of our Star Wars tour of Tunisia. I have to say the place was really lovely. We were greated by a very friendly man in reception who showed us to our really nice room, which was airconditioned and clean and comfortable. We had an evening dip in the pool which was really... This hotel is located near the Lars Homestead and Mos Eisley film sites, which makes it a good choice when visiting the area. We had a basic but clean and comfortable two-room suite that worked well for my wife and I plus two teenagers. The meals were decent and I quite enjoyed a bottle of Tunisian red wine purchased at... My 7 year old son and myself stayed at the Residence in May 2014 for 2 nights and we both absolutely loved it. The hotel is right by the beautiful palmary and the rooms are spacious with a traditional feel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and they even put a three course dinner on for us for... Very much enjoyed our stay here. After a very long and nervous drive from Tunis, it was great to be met by the lovely staff member who spoke good english and helped with our bags, even though we were two hours past the stated check in time! The room was spacious with a decent lounge room, a good bathroom with... More

We stayed here whilst driving around Tunisia for a few days. We arrived two hours past our organised time after a holdup at the airport, we were greeted warmly and our bags taken from us as we were taken up to our room which was amazing. In another part of the world the room we had would have been called... More

This hotel is lovely, built in the distinctive traditional Tozeur brickwork with a lovely courtyard with jasmine bushes aplenty, but it is the manager (sorry, we never asked your name) that makes it a very special place to stay. He was a constant but inobtrusive presence for whom nothing was too much trouble - including dragging a dining room table... More

Nice place to hang out after a hot day of touring. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. The hotel has a beautiful little pool and a comfortable area around the pool to relax. We had dinner one night at the hotel. Nothing extravagant, but the food was good and plentiful. The owner helped arrange a fun tour... More

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool to relax in the afternoon. The breakfast was rather simple - which is however normal for Tunisia. Although we checked out in the morning, we could use the pool and the facilities for the whole day until we left in the evening. We can absolutely recommend it!

We absolutely loved the hotel. It's a little gem just outside the Palmerie. The room was spacious and very traditional which I loved. It was very clean. We opted for the three course dinner menu for the two nights we stayed and it was delicious. Simple but traditional food, just what you need after a day of excursions. We wanted... More
