I have now some experience in safari. And I put Klein’s Camp at the very top of all lodges I know ! Everything was perfect, from the quality of service to the competency of my guide and tracker for the game drives. I loved the...More
This property is hard to get to, it was raining when we arrived, the road from the airstrip is a washboard, it rained the morning of our first drive AND WE LOVED this camp. The manager Tawanda, is soft spoken, concerned for the guests' comfort...More
The camp only has about ten rooms which are individual cabins so they are very private. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and are perched on a hill with fabulous views over the valley below. The camp is well run and efficient. We spent...More
At Klein's camp, when you wake up and look out the window, you can see only wildlife and enormous expanses of savanna and hills to the horizon. There is not another camp or dwelling in sight. The wildlife viewing in the park and their private...More

I hoped you were able to stay at Kleins and have a good time here. I'd just like to answer your questions if you weren't able to stay here. The animal migration is normally around mid June to mid July here. If you don't come in migration season there's still a chance to see other wild animals, or even a lion or leopard if you're lucky. We visited the Masai village on a day excursion and it takes around 45-50 mins to get to the town and it requires about half to a whole afternoon.
