This is a spectacular location and setup that is second to none in terms of luxury and location. From the moment we arrived we were greeted like old friends by Eric and his friendly and super professional staff. The tents are simply amazing and you can forget you’re even in a tent with the luxurious bed & linens, and his & her sinks in a bathroom with full toilet & shower with hot and cold running water. The common areas (lounge and dining room) ooze luxury with top of the line fixtures and dining ware. For somewhere in the middle of nowhere they professionally trained chef knocks out 5 star food - rich and full of variety with tasty, fresh produce. Our waiter / helper Elias was great and was always there when needed and no request seemed to much.
The lodge (which moves three times a year to follow the migration) is currently minutes from the Mara river and we saw two fantastic crossings with thousands of wildebeest. Elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos, zebras, gazelles and countless other animals abound and we would sleep in bed in the tent with the flaps up all night and at sunrise lie in bed while watch elephants amble by the camp. Simply incredible and we were so sad to leave behind our new Tanzanian family. We ran into the super friendly owner Miguel and he has done a fantastic job with this place - we can’t wait to return!!

We took a punt with this (very new) property and boy were we glad. We had been staying mostly at &Beyond and Melia properties throughout our safari so the bar was VERY high--choosing this brand new migration camp at the recommendation of our agent was a gamble. But this gamble paid off. The Siringit is a property that is clearly trying to make its name in the league with &Beyond and other highly personalised brands. We were greeted by the entire staff with a traditonal Tanzanian singing welcome upon our arrival and introduced to our room attendant John who promptly took our laundry and miraculously returned it washed and meticulously ironed by 5am when we woke up the following morning for what turned out to be a surpriste hot air balloon ride. Ellie, our food and beverage butler, took great care of us throughout our stay and due to the fact that the migration camp has only 8 tents, each guest is treated with truly personalised care. There was a bonfire every evening and the tents were astonishingly luxurious given this was a migration camp that moves locations every 4-5 months, leaving not a trace behind. The huge king beds were made up every day with crisp linens and cozy blankets, the classic feel of leather furnishings and copper pipes gave an old world charm to the camp while the showers came out piping hot every time and oversized plush towels were always at the ready. There were charging outlets beside each side of the bed and all amenities were provided: hair dryer, safety box, water in lovely crystal decanters. Our Masai guard Kelvin came to collect us every sundown to take us to supper except the evening when they decided to surprise us with a beautiful table set right on our own terrace and Kelvin stood on guard making sure the wildebeests and elephants didn't get TOO close. Thank you to Daniel and his entire team for making us feel so welcome and miraculously seeming to know exactly when we'd return from each game drive as the sight of Ellie approaching our safari vehicle with that tray of refreshing drinks became a welcomed sight. Even after our departure, John texted us to check that we were doing ok and to let us know that we were missed. Now that is great hospitality.

We could not believe this place. The camp moves based on the migration of the wildabeast and zebra in the Serengeti but it’s gorgeous! The tents have king size beds with hot showers and flush toilet and are decorated like Amy hotel room. The staff could not have been more attentive and the food was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Jambo Bwana!
After four nights at this unique and wonderful camp, I literally cried during our sendoff. The service was impeccable, the accommodations superb, and the location could not have been better for experiencing the great migration during calving season. The food couldn't have been better and we enjoyed having our sundowners each night by the firepit overlooking the lake. The game drives were some of the best we experienced during our three week tour through Kenya and Tanzania. Every time we turned around there was another cheetah kill! (My husband was thrilled with all the "action" but eventually I had had enough!;) I was hesitant about taking the balloon ride (we used Serengeti Balloon Safaris) and like their website says, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Soaring above the migration of wildebeest and zebras was like flying through a National Geographic documentary!
If you are traveling to Tanzania during the calving season of migration, you will not regret booking this camp. I'm sure it is just as fantastic when the camp moves north.

Amazing staff, camp and game drives at Siringit Migratory Camp. Four members of our family enjoyed our experience. Everyone at the camp made us feel like we were family. The tents we were in were spacious with a comfy bed, outdoor deck, his and hers sinks, indoor walk-in shower, indoor sectioned off toilet, and a vanity area with hairdryer. We had plenty of hot water for showers and cool drinking water. Everything was kept very clean. Complimentary laundry. The game drives in the Serengeti were fantastic and gave us memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Our guide, Teto, was exceptional at finding new things for us to experience. We saw several wildebeest river crossings; one with thousands of animals and one which included some crocodile action. Our last afternoon drive enabled us to see two cheetahs enjoying a kill and a pride of lions. We had some meals in the park and some in camp. The meals were delicious. Lunch and dinner were always 3 courses with soup, a main dish and dessert. Great variety day to day. Breakfast included eggs to order, bacon and sausage, fresh fruit, cheeses, rolls and bread, and delicious jams. Several times we also enjoyed pancakes/crepes which were delicious. When One of our party of four fell ill, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring food and drinks were brought to him at his tent. Their care made him more comfortable and enabled him to feel better in time to enjoy the game drives. Our last evening we returned from our game drive to find our host had arranged a special lighted fire pit sundowner time for our family. This is a very special place staffed by attentive and competent staff.

Situated not far from Kogatende airstrip north Serengeti, this very well runned migration camp forfills more than all your needs. It combines modern accomodation in the middle of nowhere with high standard cuisine. Don’t be afraid at night: a Maasai warrior kept a leopard and a group of hyenas away from our tent. Want to sleep with hundreds of gnus around your tent ? This is the place to be. As the owner is Belgian, go for the belgian chocolate desserts, while looking at Thompson gazelles and nipping at South African wines. Once in a lifetime experience, in our case upgraded with wildtanzania.be gamedrive and seeing the wildest gnu river crossing ever.

We stayed at the Migration Camp 1 month after it first opened, when it was located by the Mara River. The camp is located a short drive away from Kogatende airstrip and the river (about 10-15 minutes) and is in a great location to explore the river for crossings.
The food here was absolutely excellent. A unique menu and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff was incredibly welcoming and, under the guidance of manager Erik, always had smiles on and ready to lend a hand. Our friend got a cake and dance while we stayed for his birthday, followed by a dancing parade from the whole staff! (Erik had the best moves.) Jackson made sure we always had a drink in hand and was lovely to speak with.
The tents are spacious and very comfortable. Definitely leave the privacy screens open on the tent at night for some of the best sunrises on the Serengeti. The tents can be a bit awkward to get in and out of when the rain covers are down and do require you to step over the bottom zipper. The bathrooms are also not very private as the toilet and shower areas are just sectioned off by a privacy screen, so be sure you are comfortable with your tentmate.

Our stay at Siringit migration camp was a once in a life time experience. The tents where absolutely stunning and only out shadowed by the most incredibly dedicated and freindly staff team. The camp location in perfect providing you access to the Mara river in a short drive allowing for great possibility to see the migration crossings. The tents offer a wide view of your surroundings which allows for stunning nights under the African star filled sky. However what really elevates the camp to the next level are the amazing team, they make you feel like family but still offer professional service. The food was also excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious meals! Would 100% recommend a stay at the Siringit migration camp.

The second stop on our first trip to Tanzania, Siringit Migration camp has definitely been a highlight. Our fist day entering the camp we were greeted with open arms, smiles and laughter, oh, and a herd of Elephants!! In this camp everyone has a personal butler and Janet, who was ours, was exceptional! She made us feel welcomed, got to know our needs, so much so that when ever we came to lunch she had our favourite bottle of wine to hand. Eric, the manager of the camp, checked in on a regular basis to make sure we were happy and at one point, when we had said we wanted to try some of the local dishes, went out of his way to make sure we did. Thank you to the chef for taking the time to do this! Mohammed was our guide through the few days we were there and made sure that we saw and gained knowledge about pretty much every single animal living in the park and on the Serengeti!! He was so knowledgeable about the area and what we were seeing. Every single one of the staff went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and that we were having the best possible time. I would highly recommend this company and experience to anyone interested in a safari adventure in Tanzania. Asante Sana Janet, Eric, Mohammed and everyone at Siringit Migration Camp. Our time with you was unforgettable!

My husband and I have been to Africa many times, and were in awe at the beautiful African Chic contemporary decor Siringit provided. We cannot imagine how they can create a first class luxury experience in the middle of nowhere, and then have to move all of these beautiful accessories and furniture to other locations! Stunning!! The rooms were extremely comfortable and provided luxury amenities, along with crawling into a warm bed provided by hot water bottles every night.
The staff was splendid on all fronts! Tito, our guide, was brilliant, informative, personable, and so knowledgeable of the area and wildlife. Due to his keen sense of the area, we were able to see everything possible including an abundance of lions, many cheetahs, leopards, and of course a bazillion zebra and wildebeests! Of course, because it is in the middle of the migration, and babies were also in abundance.
A herd of Cape Buffalo would come through the camp every night, because they loved the vegetation, especially around our tent. Fun!!! Also you could see many giraffes and other wildlife whilst gazing out over the spectacular views the camp provided. There was a special surprise of a lake teeming with hundreds of flamingoes. We were fortunate to land at the right time to view them.
Janet was always attentive to any and all of our needs. The Chef would come out and ensure we were happy with our meals, and he even provided me with a few recipes. I have tried them at home and they are wonderful!!!
Would highly recommend Siringit Mobile Camp and would readily return. Could not have asked for a more fantastic experience.

What a Stunning Review! Thank you Ramona to share this detailed review of our luxury accommodation, our beautiful African Chic decor, the first class experience as you call it, our splendid staff who tries to go the extra mile, and of course the animals - we must not forget how fortunate we are to have the best locations - the ones the animals love too!
