Thank you for making our 3 days and nights with you so amazing! Gaudence, Richard and the talented Maasai football genius: we had a blast with you. Thank you for making us so welcome, you maintain the place excellently and with so much care and attention to detail. And thank you chef Zakayo: you have a wonderful talent, we loved our meals with you! And you even managed to accommodate our vegetarian wishes with delicious boxed picnic lunches. Thank you! We hope to be back!
We were there in October 2020. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meal was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the wilderness. It was the best Lodge of our journey. The rooms were very clean. We would book there again at any time, even in the COVID-19 period. We have always felt very safe. It's not necessary, but free WiFi is available.
We spend two nights at the camp. Experienced warm hospitality, excellent food with views of the Serengeti. Unforgettable the conversations with a good glass of wine around the fire, sightings of lions, hyenas, wildebeests and zebras - always well protected by the friendly staff. We slept in large comfortable beds in spacious tents. The hot water shower is an experience. During the night the bed was prepared with hot water bottles. Thanks Gaudens and team, you really spoiled us and made our stay unforgettable.
This stay was something special. The camp ist located right in the middle of the Serengeti and has no fences around. During lunch we could see some elephants passing by. During our 2 nights we heard sounds of lions, hyenas, buffalos and more animals that have been around. There is always a Masai around to watch the animals, so it's totally safe. The tents are big and very comfortable with an own toilet and shower. The food was excellent, way much better than we could have expected. At this point we would like to highlight the staff. These people are the best hosts you can imagine: Gaudence (waiter), Zakayo (chef), Nathan (room attendant), Sailepu (Masai security) and Aloyce (camping driver). We've never seen people putting so much heart and passion into their work. From the first second it felt like we're visiting good friends. All in all we had a perfect stay in a perfect extraordinary place. It was the best choice visiting Tanzania for Safari. There is no Corona in the country, so no one has to worry. Everyone is safe and you can experience the best mix of nature, wildlife and happy people. Asante sana. …
We spent two nights in their luxury tents which were comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The friendly staff looked after us day and night. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Together with a Maasai and a ranger we also did an early morning walk through the bush observing different kind of wild animals. This camp is a very good base to go out for a safari.
