Great place to stay at the people there are very welcoming and the food is delicious. We stayed in the Kakakuona which was fantastic and with everything needed to feel comfortable. We also met with Costa who was really amazing with us and woke us up at 6.15am in order to go up the hill to watch the sunrise which was a ndzuri sana experience! Thanks for everything we had a great time at the Baobab Serengeti.

Compared to other camps we have been, this is simpler tented camp. That's why I rated only 4 out of 5 points. BUT, there is still everything available what you need for a night in the Serengeti and maybe even more than you expect. They have some domestic animals like a Dik-dik family of 4, some Baboos and buffaloes, which even occupied our tent one evening. - well not the tent itself but the way to it. ;-) A big thank you to Costarica, who was our host and made us feel like home. So familial was none of the other camps we stayed.

Tom and I had the opportunity to visit Baobab again in May 2022. We can not say enough about the wonderful staff who went above beyond in every way. The camp location provides nightly interaction with surrounding wildlife while relaxing & recounting the days stories by the comfortable campfire. Looking forward to visiting the camp & “friends” on our next adventure. Thank you for the experience. Michele and Tom

Dear friends at Baobab, thank you very much for the amazing stay at your camp. The rooms were amazing and the food was very good as well. From the moment we sat foot on the premises we felt amazingly at home, a very warm welcome. We saw amazing animals like 🐃, hyena’s and lions. The staff was very open and told mesmerising stories about their life, with them we made friends for life and wish to come back very soon.

Nice and very clean tents. Super friendly and accommodating personnel, good food. Quiet location close enough to a river so you might even be able to spot animals from your tent. Really nothing to complain about. Loved it!

I had never slept in nature and under a tent and it was a good experience ! The tents are equipped with all the comfort of a hotel room. With earplugs, I slept well. I didn't hear any noise. The night was however cold but the staff very friendly can bring you an extra duvet. The dinner and breakfast were very good.

While our three days Safari at Serengeti we stayed there for two nights. We felt very welcome and the whole stuff was very very friendly. Our tent was very big, the bed was very comfortable and every tent had its own bathroom. During night we heard some animals and in the morning there were many gnus and zebras close to the camp. In the evenings we sat by the fireplace together with the stuff and had a really good time. The food was very good. When we came back for the second night we got a really delicious "welcome back cake" as a surprise. We would totally recommend this camp. It made our safari awesome and really special.
