Very nice hotel, nice people, good food and at the center of town. A great place to stay in town. The service and the security were very good. I was interested in wildlife so the Serengeti was for me.

Overall, we found the Arusha Hotel to be of acceptable quality. The staff were helpful & friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable - albeit a bit outdated. The food was average. If I found myself needing to book a hotel in Arusha in the future, I would consider re-booking the Arusha Hotel.

I enjoyed my week here but was glad I wasn't paying with my own money. My room was in a back building; nice and quiet. Colleagues staying in rooms...

Seeing a rat in the bar did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. In addition I had to send back a...
