I enjoyed very staying at this hotel. The rooms are big, very clean, and comfortable. Ma’am Jennifer was very accommodating and Ms. Dorine was very helpful. The gentleman in the resto were professional.

Bad Bad bad and nasty bathroom. Flooting poop in the toilet en very very bad management. Paid for a half day extra and after two hours i was Vallée that i had to leave cause other ppl where coming in. Asked for my money return but they refused to pay back. First of all i was good to leave at 16:00 which i didn't do than they where calling every 10 min to leave until i packed mybstuff and left at 18:00 to the airport for a flight leaving at 02:00 AM. I wouldn't recommend this bad hotel to no one also cause iets in a very dangerous neighbourhood. Even the security warns not to go out alone cuz of the ranger being brutally robbed.

On arrival there are no signs to let you know where the hotel actually is located, I was directed through a car park to the back of the building, as this is a new hotel this also caused problems when ordering taxis as the drivers have no idea about the location. There is a special discounted rate stay 3 nights pay for 2 nights for 2 persons including breakfast I stayed in their supposedly Deluxe Double room, as this is a new hotel the bed linen and towels were crisp, clean and soft, the bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and there was a fairly large balcony with a view over Dar city which was great. BUT the downside there is no fixed shower in these deluxe double rooms, only a bath, with a shower hose which is way to short to be convenient. After complaining about the shower situation I was shown the standard room as this had a fixed shower, only the standard rooms have showers, there was no shower curtain or screen and the shower directly faced the toilet not ideal, both the bathroom and bedroom were very small, this room had no balcony or view compared to the double deluxe room. There are no spare power points in the room to charge your phone/iPad etc., you have to unplug the bedside lamp and the room phone to charge devices. They provide a kettle, with tea, coffee and sugar but no where to actually plug the kettle in, again no sockets The TV you need to switch on and off manually from the tv itself, the remote only works to change channels, a little annoying and inconvenient. There are very few tv channels, only Asian channels are available. There is no mirror in the room, only a small one in the bathroom There is no safe in the room There is no fridge in the room The swimming pool was dirty and the gym equipment was broken, it was obvious these areas are not maintained. The restaurant only serves breakfast, no lunch or dinner is available On the plus side the breakfast was very good, varied foodstuffs and the girls were extremely efficient and attentive with the guests and also with replenishing food and the hot water in the warmers to keep the food warm. There is open WiFi throughout the hotel with excellent connectivity The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which was pleasant enough Overall I would not class this as a 4 star hotel and I would not pay the full price for the rooms …
