After 18 hours flight from HK to Rabat, we arrived at this hotel. The hotel interiors are good and comfortable but my room is a bit out of maintenance. The toilet looks dilapidated. But, the towels were clean. The carpet is old. We could smell odd. The aircon control is not functioning well. The bed reading lamps are not working. Inside the room, the light is dim and the corridor lights are automatically on/off depending on subject movements. So, when you sitting in the sofa, the corridor light is out and the room is a bit dark. You cannot control it. It does not make sense to have such set-up inside the room! Luckily, the dinner foods were delicious. We ordered the lamb and fish as main dish, which were well cooked. Breads matched with my taste and I loved eating them.

After 24 hrs flight fro Singapore we checked in at 10pm. Dinner was a buffet style . What appalled us is that they don't served water. We then used our own bottle water and was told off we can't even drink. Expect us to buy . Should Said the service here is bad. Wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately the hotel can be classified as only two stars, I stayed at the hotel for six days, the room smell was awful, the lighting very bad, overall all the hotel staff in Morocco are friendly and in the deal, the hotel is old, the TV is old, there is no free tea and coffee in the rooms Like other hotels, its price is very high, the air conditioning does not work very well, the bathroom seat moves :) ......

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. When first you walk in lobby it looks nice, But that's the end of it. The rooms are old the smell of sewer coming from the bathroom at night is awful. The service in the restaurant was not good either we ordered chicken and steak. After 45 minutes Waite the chicken was not cooked and the steak was overdone and dry. Even the bread they seved was old. Service was very bad. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
