Stayed one night as part of a Trafalgar Costsaver tour. Bedding seemed clean, firm bed, pillows like rocks, but surprisingly good dinner. Rooftop bar was a nice plus. Able to open room windows to get breeze, air conditioning was tepid and fridge whined like a banshee. Pulled the plug to put it out of it's misery. Strong floral smell in... More

The room we were assigned was still being serviced when we arrived and the room key we were given did not function. The housekeeping staff advised we needed an actual key, rather than a swipe card for that room. After complaining at reception, and being told that the reception staff could not find the key we were moved to another... More

Where do we start. Our bed was not made when we checked in. We had to chase the staff for a cover for the doona as there was only one sheet. The safe needed to be reset - just wait three minutes they said and the technician will come. Still not there when we left next morning. Ran out of... More

We were excited to have Morocco as part of the experience. The tour was very informative and we saw and did lots of interesting things. An old place, popular for tour buses. It was quaint but has passed on to a category of "needs a Reno". There is wifi in the rooms, on occasion, like the lights, they go off unexpectedly. Major complaint from most people seemed to be mouldy smells. The beds were clean and the windows opened. The dining room is on the... More

We have stayed in hotels all over the world from $6 - 600/night. This hotel is, by far, the best value for the money yet (booked through Hotels.com). The space is generous. The sleeping area is separated from the sitting area giving sleepers a better shot at sleep while their night owl partners enjoy TV or reading or surfing a... More

Room smelt really bad and was dirty. It was very hot and airconditioner did not work. The lift was totally inadequate and we were caught as it would not stop at our floor.Stairs were preferred option.Location was undesirable..people scrounging through bins in street.

We had a triple room. The hotel didn't have enough towels throughout our stay. Every day we had to beg for towels, where we received the answer - our dryer broke down, yet we eventually received towels, but never complete. Small towels for the face / hair or the small towel below the bathtub were never given. I even called... More

We stayed for one night as we traveled around Morocco and prepared to fly out of Rabat. The room was quite comfortable and clean, three twin beds for the three of us worked out perfectly. Upon check-in our room was stocked with complimentary bottled water, fresh baked traditional cookies and a large fruit platter...very nice touch. The front desk staff... More
