Large, peaceful and gorgeous Riad in the north of Marrakech. The staff we saw, Omar and Hassan, were both excellent hosts and went above and beyond. I would stay here again. While it can be a little tricky to find, so is every Riad in the city, and this place has a sign and a distinct door. It seems like... More

We stayed 5 nights and once getting out of the taxi at a car park, we were lost trying to find the hotel which is deep in the old Medina with small roads which all look the same, quite confusing, but you do get used to it once you find it. Travelling was only me (female) and one other female... More

Great spot to stay in the Medina. The people who work here are as good as it gets and are always so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the place itself is so beautiful. The breakfast is traditional and delicious and they can even make you a 3 course dinner for a really fair price of... More

It looks like heaven, but the service is not good enough. The breakfast was reasonable in Moroccan terms. The rooms are huge and welcoming. The air conditioning didn't work, and it wasn't fixed during our whole stay. We were offered to change a room to another one the was noisy, and refused since our room was chilly enough without air... Could not say anything nicer about this riad. We were well looked after and able to ask lots of questions to our hosts. The rooms were all clean, the food lovely and well priced and a good location to nip out of the old town and grab a petit taxi (definitely recommend taking the taxis, haggle at 20 diram) to... More

I booked my flights to Marakech back in January and left it till quite late to find a hotel, so with 2 weeks till departure I started looking for a place to stay. The Palais Tinmel was the first I found and whilst I looked at other hotels I kept coming back to it. The photos don't do it justice,... More

Having read a few reviews of this place, decided to book for 5 nights. Arrived in the evening, the medina is a maze for first timers to this place. Asked some local boys for the location and they happily showed us to the front door. Do not be fooled by exteriors. Once inside, this place truly is a beautiful luxurious... More

This was our first stay in Marrakech and a riad. Both did not disappoint. The riad was beautifully decorated, authentic and peaceful. We learnt it had only been opened after being closed for a few years so everything was clean and fresh. We stayed for five nights in total and had three evening meals there, each one different and wonderful.... More

My daughters and I stayed in this beautiful place for a few nights. It is as wonderful as the pictures show you. We had fsntadtic rooms with large tadellak bathrooms. The palace is very beautiful with courtyards and terraces. We also enjoyed a good traditional dinner and the homemade yoghurt with the breakfast is really good. The staff could not... More
