Great stay, fantastic resort. The full staff is very friendly and always open to assist, especially our butler Abdel was great in organizing our trips and restaurants. The villa with infinity pool are the best, very spacious and everything included!

My husband and I have visited many countries and luxurious hotels, but the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh is off the charts. The place combines beautifully elegance, tranquility and luxury. The food at the Ling Ling Hakkasan restaurant and the lunch at the pool were outstanding. The ingredients were fresh and the flavours were unique. We had the fortune of being assisted by Oussama, who I cannot praise enough. He recommended wonderful trips and fabulous restaurants. He was polite, kind, attentive, and with great attention to detail. He understood well our needs and served us with contagious joy. He is a unique and very special person! Thank you! The Villa was spectacular, with a fire at night that made the perfect romantic environment. Also, it should be mentioned that the pool in every villa means that families have the privacy and fun they need. The place felt very family-friendly. The gardens of the hotel are enchanting, full of flowers and beautiful palms. The staff always look happy and there is a sense that they are treated with integrity and great respect. The manager was attentive and it is clear that under his leadership the hotel is running beautifully. Just run now and book it! Do not miss this place on Earth! Oxford/ London, UK

We are very lucky to have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels, by far this was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived at the airport where we were transferred to the resort by the hotel, being met by the general manager Marcel, who was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed in a pool villa which was absolutely stunning, the grounds are as equally beautiful. We had four days here, which felt like a week as it was so relaxing. The staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. We ate in Ling Ling, had room service and the in Villa bbq experience, all of which were absolutely phenomenal! Our butler Ali, was always available to answer any questions or requests we needed, thank you. I celebrated my birthday whilst we were there and was made to feel very special with special touches, like flowers, cake and rose petals scattered around the villa. Cannot wait to return!

I have stayed in many top hotels but this one was without question one of the most beautiful. The grounds are stunning, and the ambiance is magical. I had been through a stressful time and the Mandarin Oriental peace, tranquility and service was exactly what I needed. I husband worked from our Villa and found the wifi seamless and there was an excellent desk area for him to plant himself. We had a Butler, Usamma, who went beyond his remit to ensure we had the most wonderful and memorable experience. I have to say he made my trip, he was my Angel during our stay. Thank you Usamma. We are definitely going back before the end of this year. The Villa was luxurious and comfortable, Main pool peaceful, friendly and excellent restaurant. We loved the place and the staff.

Loved the entire experience! Amazing villa, staff and restaurants. The entire staff was really friendly and welcoming. They exceeded our expectations. We faced just one flaw and it was resolved in a very professional way which was the extremely cold pool. So they offered to heat the pool which required 24 hrs to reach the perfect temperature. Once the pool was heated they sent us a bean bag and a floatie as a compliment. Also they offered us a free complimentary ride after check-out which was thoughtful. Prices of the services offered are reasonable for a 5 star resort. Special thanks to our butler Ameen who worked so hard in providing our needs and handling our restaurants reservations! Bravo MO Marrakech definitely coming back for sure!!!!

This Hotel is a stunning property and has an incredible staff working everywhere: from the reception to the gardens, from the restaurants to the rooms. This is a hotel where you feel cared from everybody , from the general manager Marcel who is always present, kindly taking care of the customers and asking if everything is ok, to our butler Ahmed who has been was always available giving us tips on less touristic places of the city and arranging reservations and travels. It is also a plastic free hotel which is nowadays a must. Moreover it is one of the few hotel perfect both for romantic getaways then for families with kids who want to have fun. It has been a dream to stay here and we will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience at the MO Marrakesh. The villa was incredible, the food was brilliant, and the service from all of the staff was impeccable. Our butler, Ali, was awesome - nothing was too much of an ask for him, and his recommendations resulted in a couple excellent adventures. The hot air balloon ride is absolutely a must-do, dinner in the desert was lovely, and a guided hike into the Atlas Mountains was a great change of pace from Marrakesh’s Medina. If you’re tossing up between the Atlas view suite or a villa…100% go for the villa! We can’t wait to return and are already planning our next trip back

What an amazing hotel and county. Our first visit to to Morocco, but not our first time to a Mandarin. From the moment we were greeted at the airport and whisked the 20 mins to the hotel in the hotel’s one of four Range Rovers we knew something was going to be special. Check in happens in the room, ours was a one bedroom pool villa. Huge amount of space and very private. The two bed villas are just massive! The location is lovely, you can see the Atlas Mountains whilst having breakfast. But the one thing that stands out are the staff. Most of who are Moroccan and are so proud of their country and all have a passion for customer service. Now the thank you list….. Antoine who marshals the teams in the two main restaurants and the Pool Bar, so friendly and witty with always a smile behind the mask. Such a brand ambassador for the Mandarin brand. We had breakfast at Shirvan every morning, lovely views to the Atlas Mountains when the haze had burnt off. Snow on the tops. Abdul (sorry his shortened name and was not wearing a name badge, but got me drinking Moroccan tea with bubbles), Sara and Mousabe (apologies for spelling) to name but a few, but they were all so friendly, helpful, and convinced me to try some delicious Moroccan breakfast options, all delicious. We had 2 meals at Hakassan Ling Ling and Mouhcine and his team were faultless, lovely food and attentive service rescuing a small cocktail issue from the pop up tent! Thank you! We had lunch at the Pool Bar and again the whole team excelled. To highlight a few names who made our experience faultless, Kamal, Raja, Sara (again!) and Mouchine. In terms of experiences, a must is the cooking experience, where you meet the amazing 6ft 5inch chef (apologies we forgot to ask his name but you can’t miss him) and a behind the scenes look at what goes on down underground to service and look after the guests. We made tagines and salads for several hours and got an understanding of the Moroccan cuisine. Whilst we have highlighted a few outstanding members of staff, everyone we interacted with were aligned to the ethos of Mandarin Oriental, with a Moroccan flair. You cannot come to Marrakech without a tour of the Medina, we had a fabulous guide and would definitely recommend this trip, as we saw things well off the beaten track, and learnt about the history of Marrakech. Will we be back……yes we will, coming back in October with our children as we loved it so much. It’s only a 3.5 hour flight from London, and so much more to the county than, for example Dubai, we barely scratched the surface!
