Highly recommended this hotel & riad, an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the square. As soon as you step through the large gold doors, there is peace and quiet, and you are always met with such a warm welcome. Easy to locate after the maze of the medina. There was nothing we didn't like. The pool, although unheated and very cold, was refreshing after a busy day sightseeing in 30 degree temperatures even in Feb. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and it was lovely to sit on the terrace and watch the local people set up in the square. Every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting treated us amazingly. The room was perfect with a super large and comfy bed. It had a mini fridge, hairdryer, tv and lovely shower and aircon. As soon as you stepped into the Riad and your room, there was silence, the noise from the square was gone, so peaceful and cool. We had lunch on the last day and only wished we had eaten there more often as it was delicious. Highly recommend the sandwiches served with fries. I changed my riad booking to this one at the last minute, and Im so glad I did. It was perfect.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of the old city. From the front door you literally step out into the central market area - the souks, street food and entertainment are literally all a few metres away - you don't need a taxi for many of the sites of the city as they are all within easy walking distance. The hotel is small, with a lovely roof top garden/cafe area with views overlooking the Jemaa El Fna. Also a small open air pool (unheated) which we used (even in February). There is a small restaurant - menu a little limited although breakfast was varied, and amazing. Staff very helpful and lovely. Rooms very comfortable - we had a larger suite which gave lots of room and a sitting area.

This is one of the most relaxing stay ever done. Such lovely place fantastic hospitality by all of the hard working people. We had a transfer from airport to hotel by their transport Welcoming us by the entrance of the hotel with the special morrocan tea. Checked in within few minutes while we had our tea. Our room and bathroom was clean and lovely Spacious Towels changed and room cleaned everyday by the housekeepers. All hotel is clean smells clean as well One thing was a bit od not having windows in the room but that was the way they build these riads in Marrakesh. Food was lovely chefs and all staff were taking care of us all times. There is a terrace on roof with pool and sun loungers and sitting area . All hotel is decorated beautifully Loved every corner of it. We were all happy to come back from crazy outside!!!!! Felt like home!!! Thanks to all of the professional workers there from entrace to reception to the room ,restaurants and pool area GOOD PLACE FOR GOOD PEOPLE ❤️

There are three things that make this Riad an exceptional hotel. The location is directly on the Jemaa el Fna square where you can watch the throng of the crowds. The staff are absolutely charming and helpful, especially the concierge service at the front desk. The breakfasts are exceptional, with a varied and good selection of local food, fruit and pastries. I would recommend this Riad/Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Marrakech.

I am so glad that our tour company Odynovo booked us here at this Ryad as it’s the perfect location to stay at in Marrakesh. Why? Because it’s within the iconic Medina, but on the periphery so it’s easy to find and get to (and out of), but right in the heart of the action. It is also inconspicuous with a single gold door onto a corner of the giant main Medina plaza square (Jemaa El Fnaa), but also has its restaurant and bar on the above floors so one can look out at the commotion and endlessly people watch. Regarding the actual hotel, the rooms were big and comfortable, with the obligatory Moroccan artistic cultural embellishments all around. All rooms ring two stunning inner courtyards. The entire hotel is furnished with many pieces of art and also features an art gallery store for those who want to purchase. Regarding food, we ate all of our meals at the second floor hotel restaurant as it was easy and the food authentic, tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were all wonderful and helpful, from the doormen to front desk, housekeeping to all the restaurant and bar staff.

A beautiful hotel with fast internet for Morocco, 58 mbps. Hot water after a few minutes. Shower has a door, yaye. There’s a shelf above the sink for toiletries. Large room with a desk and tall stool, so not so comfortable for short people, but they brought me a chair quickly. TV and safe, fridge, coffee and tea in room. Makeup mirror in bathroom plus a full length mirror in room. Closet with hangers. The bed was comfortable with the usual switches to turn off the lights near the bed. Staff very nice. Buffet breakfast is very wide ranging. The location is right on the main square where there’s always something going on.

This os a wonderful Riad right on the square in old Marrakech. It has a lot of ornate plaster work and mosaic decorations. Great breakfast and restaurant. It has large bed rooms with comfortable beds. The people are friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely visit! The ryad is safe, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed two nights there. The location was great, and the rooms were quiet despite the close proximity to the square. We enjoyed sipping fresh juices by the pool and as a nightcap. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We felt very taken care of during our stay. They were helpful with questions. We also appreciated being picked up at the train station and taken directly to the front door. The breakfast is delicious! Loved the omelet station.

This is not really a 5 star hotel but more like a 3 star hotel. My rating is based on the fact that over 15 days this was our most expensive and most disappointing Riad. Excluding breakfast and extra charges like water from the mini fridge it cost us 500$ cad per day for a suite. It was impossible to get a fresh pressed juice at breakfast or the bar only powdered juice. The bread at dinner was old stale bread. The service was ok but not at all as good as other places we went. For booking Marrakesh by air they charged us an extra 200$ just to do the booking. The suite was far less impressive than the pictures and lacked attention to details. The pool was freezing. They do not serve alcohol nor any decent non-alcoholic beverage. Disappointing place. I would suggest looking elsewhere as there are so many better options in this area.
