I stayed at the Hotel in september 2022, and it was, overall, a wonderful experience. First, the location, right at the Jemma el-fnaa square, the main ans most central attraction of Marrakech. In spite of that, the hotel is very calm and silent, since all its bedrooms give to the pateo, avoiding the noise from the square. How wonderful is the contrast. The bedrrom was clean, fresh, perfect wifi and air-conditioning, the breakfast was varied, full and most satisfying. The staff not only spoke several languages, they were kind, supportive, provided all needed information and made my stay a trugly unforgettable one. The manager, the other receptionists, the breakfast staff, all were absolutely wonderful. Moreover, there are tours on spot, and the trip to Agafay, the camel ride and dinner were truly touching. The service to the desert was rendered by a wonderful guide and driver, Redouane, who made the trip truly worthwhile: he was learned, cultivated, provided for all the information I needed, and a wonderful ride, full of good humour, intelligent talk and elegance and kindness throughout the whole time. I thank you and miss you all, and I will be back!

Perfectly located in a corner of Djmaa el Fnaa, this is the ideal hotel for a city break in Marrakech. Wonderful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble ensured that our trip went brilliantly. Fantastic breakfasts set us up for the day every day (to the point that we didn't need lunch) and our room was kept spotless by the wonderful housekeepers. Thrilled that we discovered this gem - we'll be back!

This Ryad does not have a lift and the decorative bannisters are not that strong - but that is the only remotely negative thing I could say. Two things really stand out - first the location, it simply can not be beaten. Right in the main square you are within easy reach of all the main attractions and can dip in and out of the square at all times - or just sit and watch from the terrace. second, the staff. All the staff are polite, professional and very helpful. We used taxis for a few places further out (and for getting to the airport due to lost luggage), we even used tuktuks on one occasion. On all these occasions the hotel arranged them and got a good price for us. They also helped chase up lost luggage. The food was very good and the one evening meal we had was one of the best - certainly the best value. Breakfast was varied, very good and ample. The hotel itself was beautiful and well looked after. It does not have a alcohol licence but this was not a problem and an evening routine of mint tea on the terrace served by the funny and charming staff became pleasant end to the day. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Marrakech.

Our 6 day stay was 100%. The breakfasts were amazing - too much and needed discipline - the location could not have been better - right at the Jemaa el Fna and the staff were extremely helpful from the Manager to the front desk personnel to the breakfast/dinner personnel. Even the arranged taxi drivers were flexible and knowledgeable. The only minor drawback was that there was no lift in the hotel. I say minor in spite of having had a recent knee operation. We had a room on the ground floor which meant two trips upstairs daily for breakfast and evening drinks. No problem. We did have one dinner in the Ryad and it was better than the 4 other pricier restaurants we booked during out stay. Next time we will stay for dinner more often. You must book this place. Convenience, service and quality in one great package.

I can't believe how lucky we got booking this place. The location is so ideal, the rooms and restaurant and rooftop/pool are beautiful, and the staff is so wonderful I can't rave enough about them. I hope I am spelling their names right, but Abdul, Souka, and Youseff made my husband and I feel like family there. They are amazing people and the hotel is lucky to have them. I wish I knew everyone's names because the staff in the restaurant was so incredibly kind too. I highly recommend staying here, you will be so happy you did!!

This was our first visit to Marrakech so unsure what to expect. We arrived late in the evening and the square was alive and a hive of activity. One piece of advise to note is that taxis can't enter the square after a certain time so if you are arriving late then the hotel can arrange transport which is allowed to enter the square. The hotel staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help you. We ate in the restaurant and food was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and more than we could eat. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was a pool on the roof terrace and it was a very pleasant place to spend a bit of time relaxing. When we were booking we couldn't decide between a Ryad or one of the bigger all inclusive hotels outside of Marrakech. Choosing the Art Place hotel was 100% the right decision. We had a lovely stay and hope to return again in the future.

We traveled from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert, Fez, Tangier and Casablanca. Although our accommodations were comfortable throughout our journey, we were overwhelmed when we arrived @ Riad Authentic Palace for 4 nights. The staff and service was exceptional. The property was gorgeous, just a few minutes walk to grab a taxi and on the main square. Only drawback was, it did not serve liquor or wine, other than that we were very pleased to have chosen this Riad. Thank you!!!

This Riad was amazing! Everything was excellent from he decoration, cleanness, attention from the staff and the manager we totally love it. The rooms and amenities are beautifully thematic, the included breakfast is very good, the whole hotel was super clean. The whole experience exceed our expectations! Book their airport transport and let them arrange tour for you and thank me later. For the transport back to the airport ask for a quick in-car "tour" around the new city.
