A few minutes' walk from Place Jemaa el Fna, Hotel du Tresor offers a delightful and relaxing respite from the streets of Marrakech. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, is particularly good : spacious, good seating, great views of the city and mountains, and overlooking the courtyard's orange tree. Each bedroom features different objets d'art and artisanal elements. Breakfast...

We stayed in the Blue Suite with the bath tub and fire. As it was winter the room did get quite cold in the evening and we asked the hotel manager to light the fire, but because the chimney hadn't been swept lately the draw wasn't great and the fire made the room quite smoky and smelly. Unfortunately the hotel...

We stayed at Hotel do Tresor in December with our kids. We booked 2 rooms but they put us on different floors, which wasn't a good start to the stay. The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is definitely past its prime. The beds were covered with a sheet and a cover and they provided a duvet inner without...

My dad and I stayed here in July for a night before we caught our flight home, I wish we could have stayed for longer. This boutique hotel was truly stunning, the value for money is incredible. The dipping pool was brilliant, as was the roof top terrace. The owner was so lovely as well, our flight wasn't until later...

Tucked away down one of the narrow lanes, you enter through a doorway in a wall that gives no hint of what is to come. Like many of the buildings in Marrakech, there is a central courtyard which allows light and air to circulate to the floors above. This one had a plunge pool and an orange tree bearing fruit....

Staff, especially the manager went out of their way to make us welcome and help make our stay as hassle free as possible. Absolutely phenomenal service. Rooms very interesting, we stayed in the orange room and loved it. Breakfast on the terrace great. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to staying the medina area.

they had an excellent service and beautiful rooms. We´ve been satisfied about the breakfast and the good and friendly service. This little hotel is very close to the medina. We go quite regular to pass our vacations in there.

Visited Marrakech for a long weekend trip with my boyfriend and stayed at Hotel Du Tresor. Now I struggle to write a review for this place as the trip was filled with ups and downs (unfortunately we were mugged on our second day, but this could have happened anywhere so we cannot tarnish Marrakech with a negative review). But Amine...

(I am late getting this review posted so some of my experience may be out of date.) I am a female solo traveller, so I carefully research accommodation for value, cleanliness and safety. Sometimes a hotel is not at all like their website or promotional material, but once I arrived at the Hotel du Tresor I knew I had hit...

The owners of this hotel know how to look after you. Close to the Medina. Delightful rooms, relaxing, a small pool to cool off in. A great breakfast on the hotel roof top. Would absolutely recommend. Peta Mathias uses this hotel for her culinary experience.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A charming little hotel open since the 50s, just a few minutes away from Place Jemaa El Fna. This peaceful riad has been transformed by its Italian owner, its traditional style restored and enhanced by a keen selection of various objects originating most often from other historical hotels of the town.
