Terrible stay at this hotel not clean, fishy smell and so cold no blankets in the room even when I asked the receptionist said we ran out . The receptionist never wanted to give me my bill for some reason I didn’t really understand . The hotel says it’s 4stars but honestly I don’t think so maybe only 2stars and 3 stars is too much for it They need to change for better service for customers . Terrible stay will not stay there anymore or recommend 👎

For the price . It is the best in marrakech. Has everything up to standards and is unbelievably cheap for the quality it offers. Located in the centre of the city . You cant ask for a better location .

Stayed here as part of a tour group so the company had this this hotel arranged. Lobby was fine and there was a full bar. Staff was friendly. Courtyard are with pool outside seemed ok. Room was very large but worn and dated. Towels looked like they needed retired and replaced. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy throughout the night.

Dear schneiderdw, we thank you for your positive review of us and for scoring us good. It seems that your group trip was satisfactory, even though some small details have not been to your total satisfaction. For us the total satisfaction of the guests is the main objective; therefore suggestions are always welcome. In this regard, we take note of your suggestion regarding the towels, among other things. On the other hand, we are glad to learn that other important aspects such as the friendliness of the staff or the facilities have been to your liking; despite not being a recently built hotel. We bid farewell with our best regards from Marrakesh, from all the staff that make up Hotel Le Printemps by Blue Sea.

For anyone who looks at my reviews, they will notice that most of them are positive. Sadly, I can't do this for this hotel. Out of 10 people in my tour group, 4 became sick from the food and 2 experienced severe vomiting, etc. Myself and a young man after the first dinner, a couple after the second dinner. The food on the buffet was lukewarm. There were not enough utensils for all the bowls and guests had to use the same spoon for different dishes. Not very hygienic. When I pointed this out to one of the staff members, he just shrugged his shoulders. In the morning, there was no towel for the bread, so guests mostly touched the whole baguette with their hands and left it contaminated for the next guest. My room was okay, but the clamp for the shower head was broken, so taking a shower was not possible. I complaint to my tour guide who passed it on to the reception clerk. The shower was still not fixed when we left after four days. Although there were some positives, e.g. some staff were friendly, especially my chambermaid who had to supply me with extra toilet paper. I lost two days of my trip to feeling very unwell. Not quite the experience I expected to remember Marrakech by.

Dear Vojaganta57 We are deeply regretted to learn that your trip to Marrakesh has not been as you expected and that some aspects have not satisfied you. We apologize for that, but we still find it very difficult to accept your complaints on the subject of the meals. Our hotel, follows perfectly all the protocols of hygiene and food handling; so it is not probable that the stomach problems suffered by some travelers of your group; were caused in the hotel. In fact, stomach problems for international travellers in Morocco are common if food is consumed on the streets or in dubious places, but hotels are the safest place. On the other hand, you have also described other small defects you have found during your stay. We also apologize for that while we get to work immediately on trying to improve all of this. We bid you farewell with our thanks for your visit and our sincere apology if we were unable to achieve your complete satisfaction. Our best wishes from Le Printemps by Blue Sea.

Has a lot of potential, but definitely needs attention. Rooms are worn and dated. Bathroom door wouldn't close and breaker blew twice. WIFI was down for an entire day and only worked well in the rooms. Area was so-so and I wouldn't recommend walking around alone, at night. It was also loud at night. There are a few night clubs up the street from the hotel. The front desk staff seemed nice and courteous, but a few were also rude. The food was decent and the wait staff was great! Would not stay here again. This was a back-up hotel for our Tour group and they won't be using it going forward due to our experience.

Dear smartchick22, we thank you for rating our hotel with a positive mark, despite seeing that some aspects have not been to your complete satisfaction. For us the total satisfaction of the visitors is the main objective, so we take your suggestions very seriously and we promise you that we will work to improve as much as possible. Our hotel is certainly not the best in the area, but the quality/price ratio is usually quite well appreciated by everyone who knows us. Hopefully, it was like that for you too. We bid you farewell with cordial compliments and sadness that you do not wish to return. Greetings from Marakesh.
