I spent 5 lovely nights at Riad Khabia while in Marrakech for a conference. The Riad's hosts strove to make me very comfortable, and were very helpful in providing suggestions on places to dine and site-see. A complimentary breakfast is offered each morning - and Moroccan tea is available at any time of the day. I highly recommend Riad Khabia... More

This traditional riad is truly beautiful ( with authentic Moroccan features throughout), well equipped & maintained to a high standard. It offers a peaceful & relaxing retreat from the liveliness of the Medina. My room, private bathroom & balcony were comfortable, clean & fresh. Our hosts - Julien & his Mother - welcomed us with mint tea & shared their... More

I stayed at Riad Khabiya in early April 2016. This lovely little Riad is centrally located, close to the Royal Palace and everything the Medina has to offer, yet tucked away in a quiet, clean little cul de sac. The building itself is very stylish, tastefully furnished with local art objects. The rooms are lovely and spacious and I particularly... More

I travelled alone to Morocco for a quick vacation before a business trip in Europe. After doing hours and hours of research on the internet to find the best riad, I carefully selected Riad Khabia and am SO happy I did. Julien and his mother, Dany, were fantastic hosts. From the moment Julien met me at my taxi drop-off to... More

We stayed 7 nights in a deluxe room. We had an excellent stay - very friendly and attentive staff with good attention to detail. Our room was cleaned every day, and mint tea was freely available upon request at any time. Breakfast on the terrace is also a bonus.

“My friend and I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room: Africa and it was simply perfect. A very large bed, bathroom and shower, and outdoor balcony lounge with privacy. The decorations were really cool and so is the ambiance music Julian plays :) (unless you don't want it)”

“The budget double suite's room itself is on the small side - but it does come with an extra room with settee which looks over the plunge pool inside the riad. The suit has several characteristic features such as carved wooden doors and golden coloured basin and taps - al little things that make the experience a little more exotic!”
