I wasn't expecting too much in terms of luxury given the price point but the pool was lovely and the rooms, while tired, were larger than expected. I was however shocked at the poor levels of customer service I experienced. We stayed there on a B&B basis - unlike most of the other guests who were All Inclusive. We were...

Eight friends here for a week celebrating special birthdays / retirement etc. Hotel lovely . Food fab but four of our party now in bed with sickness and diarrhoea. We've been cautious with hygiene, Only eaten and had drinks at hotel. Bottled water etc really spoilt it for us.

This is in a great location and a super hotel We stayed for a week in Feb and had a fabulous time. Lovely gardens and plenty of space and the hotel was almost full although it never felt too busy. Food was some of the best we've ever tasted, and we've been to many countries. Always a superb selection of...

After reading a lot of negative reviews on here, I decided to take a chance on this hotel and I'm glad I did. Rooms are basic, which I was expecting. The hotel it quite dated and the rooms have had really bad paint jobs, but that didn't mean they were dirty. It wasn't an expensive holiday so that was fine...

Loved the resort, I found it so relaxing, the weather was amazing over the easter holidays. The food was fabulous, so much selection for breakfast, lunch & dinner (from healthy food to the local Morocco dishes & selection of desserts there is something for everyone) I went all inclusive & highly recommend it. The rooms were big & spacious (try...

We chose this hotel due to its fantastic location, and it did not disappoint. I had read between the lines on the negative reviews and hoped the positive outshone the negative, which it did. To get an all inclusive and quiet oasis next to the mayhem of Marrakesh is quite a find. It meant we could dip in and out...

My partner and I visited in early April this year. We were a bit worried initially, as we had read a few dodgy reviews. When we got there, however, we had nothing to worry about! This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Food is great, as are the drinks. The restaurant has a good variety of food, and...

We also came last year at Easter, so we knew in advance that the hotel (lovely as it is) is dated and tired in places. It is closing Oct/Nov this year for some renovations. Some of the negative comments about the food makes me wonder if we stayed at the same hotel! There was the usual grilled meat and fish,...
