Just returned from a weeks holiday really disappointed. Nick the entertainment guy was great and went over and above to ensure you enjoyed the activities on offer but he was never pushy. Entertainment was a joke apart from the singer the lovely Charlotte she was amazing. The entertainment room was freezing and the hotel did nothing to improve this. Pool...

Well presented hotel a short walk to the markets/souks. The hotel gardens are really lovely with an abundance of orange trees from which you could pick fruit from and enjoy. There were plenty of beds around the two large pools, one of which had music playing, and the other (our preferred) was lovely and quiet. Facilities were good, and staff...

Just got back from this sensational hotel and it was amazing! Fabulous greeting when you arrive with soft drink & biscuits. Rooms very comfortable, flower petals on the bed. While not super-luxury, the hotel is fine; excellent restaurant, courteous staff, good groups for evening music, helpful Thomson reps, lovely gardens. Good value as all-inclusive for winter sun in a central location.Plus point: no children! Pity they could not ban fat cackling British women, too.

Over priced, old, sticky, stinky, dirty, creepy disaster hotel. Have to be renovated ASAP. Staff is amazing, can't say anything bad. Room - almost destroyed, bathroom looks destroyed and dirty, those silicon lines with black spots all around the bath and sink .... ffuuu.... Bed is not comfortable. Breakfast very poor , veggies not fresh, omelet seeming in oil, birds...

From start to finish an amazing experience. The location of the hotel in relation to all of the attractions around is ideal, with only a short walk to both the old and new town. The added bonus of good food, drinks and attentive, pleasant staff makes this hotel stand out from many of the other hotels we have stayed in....

We stayed here in early September. We were looking for a very cheap all inclusive holiday somewhere slightly different. Totally lucked out with the Medina Gardens, the hotel was lovely, food unbelievably good and the staff so nice. Marrakech was mind blowing in a really good way. I will definitely be back soon! Sure, some parts of the hotel were...
