Arrived last night after a one hour delay on the flight... room very dirty with previous guests hair all over floors in room and on balcony. My husband is disabled and I attempted to speak with Stacy regarding his pre booked special assistance help home but she was totally uninterested. Obviously she doesn't realise how difficult and worrying it can...

Was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is very close to the airport, transfer time is around 15 minutes. Upon arrival we were sat in the courtyard and given a fresh towel, drink and biscuits instead of queuing to check in. Bags were taken to our room for us. The room was lovely, we had a great view of...

The big plus of this hotel is its position, very central and only 5-10 minutes walk to the main square in the old city. Close to the main mosque and the surrounding grounds which are well kept. Opposite the Artisan Ensemble, a collection of traders where standards and prices overseen by the Government. Lovely to walk round and admire the...

The hotel was great and the staff fantastic. especially Nick, lovely food and good choice, great evening entertainment. Zach's band where great. Great location and the hot air balloon ride is a must , looking to book again.

We have just stayed at this hotel and was really looking forward to staying. I wish we had gone elsewhere. The noise from the cockerel is horrendous. He start about 0300 and doesn't stop until about 1000, unless your dead drunk you can't sleep through it. We did see the rep and his comment was "it's the Bain of my...

During our visit the normally cool weather turned up into the thirties but the air conditioning is not under your control and we were told to switch it off as it was on "winter" settings and would make room warmer. However we did enjoy the hot days. The hotel has excellent food and staff but the best service is at...

My wife and I stayed in March for our anniversary. The hotel is brilliant and has many great features. First impressions: you get off the bus and your bags are immediately taken off you by the busboy, moving them for you, ready to take them to your room. You sit down in the courtyard and are given a cool towel...
