Fantastic service, we spent 10 nights at this hotel and the staff looked after us. Luckily enough the staff spoke English and a guy called saleh looked after us and took great care. Definitely recommended if your looking for a well looked and modern hotel, it has a pool and is 15 minutes away from the city. The only problem... More

Don't be sold by the pictures it's all advertisement that they pay for - it's NOTHING LIKE THAT ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and group of friends went on a holiday to Morocco! The hotel messed up our room and expected one room with a double bed to be shared by four people with two mattresses! After hours... More

Me and my girlfriend have just had an amazing 4 days stay at las palmeras, you can eat right through the day but you have to order before max 1 hour because all the food is fresh,it was very nice. The rooms are lovely especially if you have a low ground,we would sit on the sun lounger at 6pm for an... More

I was weary about my visit after reading other reviews, and my gut instinct was right. The riad is 20 mins drive from the main square and this is a problem as most taxi drivers don't want to visit the "poor area" On arrival the staff were helpful and pleasant offering us mint tea and water and showed us to... Stayed here with my friend for a few days. The hotel was simple but lovely, pool area and food were amazing. Even though we stayed there during the time of Ramadan the staff were always so attentive and helpful even though they must have been exhausted. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into the centre which goes... More

Just back from 5 day visit to Marrakech, staying at Las Palmeras. When arriving for the first time you do appear to be driving through a run down wasteland but the riad is tucked behind a gated entrance, a lovely little oasis! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they really can't be faulted. Best to be aware that if... More

Stayed here as a group, we had 2 rooms between the 7 of us. Very cosy and calm atmosphere with very authentic themes and colours around the hotel. The Hospitality was the best we had experienced in Marrakech, the Manager Idris, and staff were amazing, from the initial welcome, complimentary Moroccan tea to meeting our needs and providing a quality...
