A wonderful Riad, conveniently located for everything in the Medina. The whole place is spotless, with a lovely sun terrace and jacuzzi. The stars, however, are the staff. Nothing was too much trouble-they personally went to the shop to collect crisps for us to have with our drinks at night, they walked with us to the various shops to make sure we got what we wanted. Truly hospitality at its best. A special mention to Mohamed and Yassine. We are sorry to be leaving tomorrow. Brian and Jennifer.

Cozy, clean, perfect location 10 min walk from Jemaa El Fna square. Hamman and terrace with Jacuzzi on the roof. Very spacious rooms... But, above all, and specially, the friendliness of its staff. Always willing to help with a smile on his face. Congratulations

A tastefully reinterpreted authentic building, excellent staff, a very cool french owner - everything the heart desires in order to spend a wonderful time in old Marrakesh. Perfectly located in a quiet corner close to Bahia palace. With a beautiful, small hammam and a pool in the patio. Outstanding massages, tasty breakfast & dishes.

My 12 year old son and I are just back from 3 nights here, and we didn't want to leave! We were so well looked after by Mohammed and Mohammed and all the staff - nothing was too much trouble. They oganised transfers, and helped with orientation, and finding us when we were lost once! The place is spotlessly clean, with a fab roof terrace and hot tub that my son loved, plus a good sized deep heated pool (for a riad) on the ground floor. Excellent breakfast of home made bread and yoghurt, fresh squeezed juice, pancakes, great coffee and blossom honey and jam. Good choice for lunch and dinner too. Rooms well equipped with tv and kettle, also lovely lounge area next to pool with tv, music, books etc. Spotlessly clean throughout. Hammam was amazing - lovely lady who didn't speak English but was very good with us, and nice to have the pool for afterwards. Highly recommended - a real gem. We will be back!…

We stayed in a couple different riads during our long vacation in Morroco and this hotel made us feel like home. It was cozy, modern, and beautiful. The staff tended to our every need and both young men named Mohammed were very friendly and helpful. This riad is located minutes away from Badia Palace and Bahia Palace which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has a high price tag on the rooms but delivers. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of room and storage space. Light was a bit limited but this is the consequence of choosing a traditional house. The bathroom area was modern and spacious: no door but a curtain to screen off the toilet which might provide issues to some. Breakfast excellent and the staff unfailingly helpful. Recommended.

Very good, excellent location to the souk that’s a few minutes walk away, and so much fun to explore. Everyone in town is so very hospitable and kind. Both Mohammad’s in Akka Raid are very kind and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. I found them to be the perfect host. Everyone in Marrakesh is friendly and welcoming, and not because of the foreign currency to be spent, but because they are genuinely courteous and obliging. I thoroughly recommend the Akka due to its great location, wonderful hosts and clean spotlessly clean establishment. I’d definitely come back.
