Such a beautiful hotel - the reception and bar areas are very stylishly decorated and the pool area is very relaxing with both a large pool and a smaller heated one. The rooms are a very nice size with large bed, seating area with open fireplace ( which the staff are more than happy to light for you if the evening was chilly) and a private terrace. I loved so much about this hotel but the best thing really is the staff - they were so friendly and really went out of their way to make your stay feel special. I honestly have never felt so well looked after. This was our first visit to Morocco and will definitely return just to stay in this hotel.

-Great and quiet space. -Big cozy room -A very good bathroom with tub and à big shower -Since the hotel is at the skirts of the city, they offer a great shuttle option to both city center and Jamaa al fenaa. They drop you and pick you up at the same spot very convenient. -Very friendly staff -The quality of the service and the food are fine, but need a bit of improvement.

I booked the Suite Deluxe with the view on the pool as a birthday surprise for my best friend, and the staff was beyond helpful and accommodating to make the surprise and the stay the most perfect. The hotel is at 15 min from the heart of Marrakech and is perfect to keep the best of both world : a calm relaxing stay not too far from the city. For city busy bees like us, it was a real refreshing weekend getaway. The room is beautifully made and furnished, and is quite large and bright; we loved its home-y cosy but still refined design. Extra love for the mattresses that were extremely comfortable : I slept like a baby !! Special thanks to Adil for the extra attention and beautiful set up for our table dinner, the help with organizing the surprise and the activities in and around Marrakech, and for always being available to our requests. Another shoutout for the wonderful cuisine : the dinner was a pleasure to our tastebuds and we loved and enjoyed every moment of it. The breakfast was filling, tasty and diversified and the service impeccable. I 100% recommend the hotel, it's excellent.

This highly recommended hotel is designed as a small number of ocre bungalows with private patios and gardens, set back from a swimming pool in beautifully kept grounds with roses and lemon trees. Our room had a well-furnished seating area, local contemporary artworks and a fireplace. Separate bath and shower and separate lavatory, two sinks, good quality towels. Very good breakfast menus, great lunch beside the pool and cosy evening meal. Free transfers to town or golf and efficient airport transport. Nice boutique and relaxing lounges, bar, tennis. We felt very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay and we appreciated the tea and pastries, the fruit platter and free minibar and above all the professional and happy staff of the hotel. A small paradise. Where else could you sunbathe, explore a fascinating city and relax by a roaring fire afterwards? Oh, and eat really well!

I surely loved this hotel! Spent a week over new year and it was so cool. The room or bungalow is very large with a fire place, very nicely decorated, bed super comfortable and sofa corner. Bath room had a great bathtub and separate shower. Lots of warm water. Small garden reaching the pool in the middle. The lobby and restaurant are super nicely decorated in fine Moroccan style. The director and the staff were very charming and helpful. Always attentive to details and comfort. The New Year’s Eve party was set up like a real 1001 nights film! Excellent animation and DJ. We had a lot of fun. I thank the staff to have made those holidays so beautiful for us. I want to get back. Small down only is the cold pool in winter but they said they will invest soon in the heating. Still beautiful to sit around in the sun.

Everything was excellent except the food at the pool and main restaurant. If you have a car, I highly recommend this cozy hotel. Rooms are very spacious... Furniture a lil old but hey, we are seeking to visit an old City ;) I highly recommend the rooms between the pool & reception.. Midway to everything. All the team is soooo professional! The manager came personally from time to time. The SPA is just perfect but they don't have full package including the hamman & the massage. The terrace can be full private ! That's so great! I will definitely come back just for the spa!

After a couple of nights in the Medina we decided to look for a hotel close enough to Marrakech to enjoy the madness and at the same time far enough away to see the African stars at night and have some total peace. We couldn't have made a better choice. Swimming pool, tennis court, fitness, yoga, hammam and all in perfect state. Staff were adorable and food was excellent. Also a good quality for money. A free navette to the middle of the medina is an added bonus.

From the moment we arrived (when we were met by Achouak Chakib ) we were made to feel special. Perfumed candles and delicious fruit drink. Our room was beautiful, so peaceful and comfortable. The dining room was a pleasure to sit in, the food delicious. We will certainly be returning, and have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

I was initially hesitant about staying Domaine Des Remparts, since it is in the Palmeries and away from the action of the Medina, but it is exactly what we needed after 25 hour journey from Australia to Morocco. The hotel is wonderful, the design, the interiors, the gardens, the pool are all beautiful. The hotel is like an oasis in the desert, lusciously green with a sparkling inviting aqua pool lined with gorgeous lime green sunbeds. Its the little touches like the vibrant luscious flowers on tables throughout the gardens, the fireplace in the morning at breakfast and the cool tent in the garden - that make this perfect! The rooms have recently been renovated/ spruced up, and are spacious & well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a vast array of choices, with made to order eggs and Moroccan specialities such as their local pancake selection (highly recommend!). There are only a few downsides, but I am being particularly fussy by outlining these- because in its entirety the hotel is outstanding. Firstly, it is a 150MAD cab each way to the city, whilst the hotel does have a shuttle I never saw this. The staff mostly only speak French, with broken English. Finally our room smelled of fresh paint & plaster which was rather off-putting, but probably due to our room recently being spruced up - so I’m sure it was just a one-off thing. If I visit Marrakech again, I would 100% visit this hotel, giving it 5/5 stars and highly recommend.

This hotel changed ownership a couple of month ago, the new owner is very dynamic and has great ideas to make this hotel a great place. Nice and big rooms with fireplace looking towards the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. Fitness room with nice equipment. Breakfast is really nice and staff is very friendly and looking after your comfort. Large swimming pool with sun chairs. We had a really lovely stay for 5 nights. It is about 20 minutes to Marrakech, you can rent a car at the hotel or use the shuttle (3 trip/day to Marrakech).
