We recently had the misfortune to book Riad El Noujoum. Unfortunately we missed our flight from London due to a problem with the train. Though we called Booking.com immediately, the agency we booked through, and called Riad El Noujoum directly (twice no answer) to change our booking to two days later, they still charged us three nights for one night...

I visited in May of this year with my friend for a week of sunshine somewhere different. We were collected from the airport, met at the car and brought into the Riad by Khalid who was an excellent host and guide for our week. We were welcomed with a delicious mint tea and as soon as we crossed the threshold...

This Riad is in the medina of Kasbah and a short walk to all the hustle and bustle of the markets. You get service with a smile any time of the day and the staff are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The Riad is tastefully decorated and the rooms are spacious...

My first visit to Marrakech and to be honest couldn't have picked a better Riad. The staff were second to none and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and all freshly prepared as you ordered. As for the rooms...first time that I can actually say that what you see on the website is what you get. My suite was spacious, with...

I booked directly with the Riad as a surprise trip for my girlfriends birthday. From start to finish I couldn't fault a thing. We were met at the airport by a very friendly driver who spoke fantastic English - all arranged by the Riad in advance. After a drive through the chaotic Medina and a short walk down an alleyway...

Pros: Very friendly host. Super-peaceful environment with beautiful details. Smooth airport transfers. Delicious, freshly prepared tangine. We should have eaten here more! You request it the day-of, and the cook goes off to the market to buy fresh ingredients. Multiple areas to lounge. Never felt crowded. Beautifully updated bathrooms. Lots of delicious coffee for breakfast. Some of the breakfast cakes...

Arrived late in the evening, however was picked up by the friendly Riad driver from the airport and wisked away into Marrakech. After a slightly terrifying drive through the Medina the driver pulled up and began to lead us down a small ally. Again slights terrifying, but when we reached Riad el Noujoum all was forgotten. A big wooden door...

Stayed here for 6 nights and have to say I was highly impressed. The room itself was spacious and well presented with authentic decor. The service received was outstanding especially when we first arrived. The caretaker greeted us with a smile at 1am (late flight) to check us in. He even offered to make us some traditional mint tea which...
