We had an amazing experience at Riad Dar One. The hotel is beautiful and the staff excellent. They were so attentive to our needs, and even helped organize transportation, guides etc. Their recommendations were perfect and overall they made our Marrakech experience wonderful. For those who love small boutique hotels, this is ideal. We will go back!

Difficult to find, ring the hotel ahead to save getting overcharged by a baggage boy. Close to Bahia Palace and only a short walk from the main square of Marrakesh but peaceful enough to relax. The hotel was so quiet, not sure if any other guests were there. A room upgrade was an appreciated gesture. Staff/owner was very friendly and... More

We only had one night here before leaving on our Sahara Desert Experience with Untravelled Paths. The accommodation was fabulous. Modern with a boutique feel. As we arrived in the evening we decided just to eat in the Riad as we didn't want to venture out too far. The food was very good but expensive for Marrakech! However we had... More

Modern atmosphere for this little gem hidden inside the medina. We had a really relaxing time there, few minutes away from the vibrant part of the city. Thanks to the staff which made our stay really special, will come back for sure. I love that place

We arrived early evening to the riad Dar one the personnel serves you when you need it but they do not bother you when you want to sit in the courtyard and relax. Dar One is a well-kept and the Riad itself is a far cry from the busy medina, as soon as we entered we could smell exotic scents,... More

My partner and I stayed at Riad Dar One for two nights - one either side of a trip to the sahara. My partner summarised this incredible place well: on our return, she stated "we're home". Oh, and one piece of advice, have a bath. Just trust me.

Lovely Riad for a stay in vibrant Marrakech. Located ideally to explore the souks and hot spots of this busy city. Staff accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Booking meals out, providing new clean towels, drinks on the terrace etc. All done with a warm and caring attitude. Accommodation clean and cool (in both senses). The rooms and... More

Riad Dar One is a hidden treasure. The staff are smiling and delightful without being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble and the riad was clean and attractive with a wonderful roof terrace. Beds comfortable with gorgeous towels and sheets. The highlight of the stay was the day in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains with Hassan who is the... More

A very nice, well maintained boutique guest house in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is hidden in the small alleys of the old town (Medinnah). After a short walk in the narrow picturesque alleys of the old town, like in the Harry Potter stories, you reach the hotel. It is a fully restored and renovated old house with a... More

We wondered what we were going to find at the end of our walk down little alleyways. An oasis. Lovely room (a little dark but I think this is standard in the riads) with a huge bath on the first floor - the one on the roof looked even nicer (and lighter) but opening on to a terrace with seating...
