We were stunned by this hotel! An absolutely beautiful old house that has been turned into a six-room hotel, this place truly made the trip. It is even more lovely than in the pictures. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel at home and well taken care of, serving us tea, learning our names, chatting with us... More

Riad Tizwa, located in the old quarter of Marrakech, was perfect for us: Clean, private, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel employees (Hassan, Abdo, Mohammed, and two women whose names I didn't quite catch) were extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. In addition to providing a nice room (ours was on the rooftop; well lighted and very cozy) and a yummy breakfast,... More

The Riad arranged to collect us and that worked very well. Hassan welcomed us in and had us seated and relaxed in the courtyard while he prepared us tea. It was a great start and both he and Mohamed were so helpful throughout our stay. They arranged for a knowledgeable local guide to show us some of the historic buildings... More

A traditional Riad with all the charm of old world Marrakech, and excellent hospitality. We were greeted on arrival with a warm greeting from Hussain and an even warmer and refreshing glass of mint tea expertly poured with a steady hand from a great height. our room on the roof terrace, was bright, clean and comfortable. The rule of the... More

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great location. We were in room 1, the best room, which was beautifully decorated and huge. Hassan was very attentive and helpful, going out of his way. Breakfast was delicious and terrace was lovely sun trap. We would have rated this place excellent had it not been for a few of points- There... More

This was not my first time, but, it was for my friend. We stayed for three nights. Airport pickup was a breeze and we were on the roof relaxing in the sun before we knew it. The place has a special energy created by the decor and great staff. I first met Hassan 7 years ago and it is still always... More

We had a brilliant stay at this riad. The rooms were beautiful - we had 2 and the furnishings for each were individual and stylish. The breakfast and evening meal were delicious. And the service was excellent - big thank yous to Hassan and Mohammed for giving us such a lovely time.

Overall it was a very nice experience. We were met and served tea before being shown our room, which was very nice. The Riad feels very traditional, and is certainly a better option than staying in a hotel. It was lovely to have breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace. They were able to organise a driver to and from the... More

In the middle of hectic Marrakech, Riad Tizwa is peaceful and quiet place. It's quite small, only five rooms. Our room was quite small. Breakfast at roof terrace good and tasty. Small problems with warm water and water pressure. Clementines for free. Clean and quite modest. Easy access to old town with souks.

We stayed at Riad Tizwa for a week. I found it in the lonely planet book. The location is ideal as it is in a quiet location with car access yet close to the pedestrian streets. The breakfast was excellent. The riad was very flexible and we were able to fit 4 people in our room. It was clean and... More
