What a great place. The owners are awesome. They keep the rooms clean and secure. The property has a private locked entrance. Located in the middle of the Souks. Hot water and great beds. Wifi could be better and possibly a no smoking policy in the main part, owners hint hint. Smoke drifts to rooms. I'll for sure return.

If you're looking for a quintessential riad to stay in Marrakech, look no further. I was referred this place and I'm so happy I took the advice! The owner and staff are the most lovely people and the rooms are traditionally decorated, including handmade Berber rugs in our room. You are also yards from Jamaa el Fna square. Will be... More

the Riad is a very different place to stay in in Marrakech. it is so classic Moroccan and that was the best thing in it. as the weather was so cold we asked for another blanket and we got a dirty one, so we couldn't use it. the next day we asked for another one and it was smelling; in... More

Fantastic experience at Riad Bensaid. Perfect location close to the Jamaa el Fna square. It is a place of great peace, and it is curious that in the Riad not hear the street noise. Only in the bathroom you could hear the street noise. The breakfasts were great. The wifi in the room is ok.We are very pleased with the... More

My girlfriend and I just returned from a week in Morocco, and this lovely hotel was one of the highlights for us. Arriving early in the morning we were glad we took them up on their offer for a 150dh ($15US) airport pickup, which was smooth and easy, but after that you will NEVER get lost, as the hotel is... The riad is situated straight down one lane from the Djemma El Fna, meaning that, unlike many riads, it's actually impossible to get lost. From the rooftop terrace, you have views over the medina and towards the Koutoubia. Remarkably, when within your room, it is quiet and you can leave the bustling souks behind and indulge in tranquility. Service is... More

We stayed here two nights, the owners are elder french-morrocan couple. They are such a nice people, helpfull and comunicative. They helped us with shopping, transport to Agadir, made our laundry and all stuff we needed. The whole rijad is newly reconstructed and designed in morrocan style with bathroom and AC in each room. Breakfast is pretty good and I... More
