Unfortunatley my husband and I didn't have a good time in Riad El Mansour. It' s very noisy (you will wake up at 6.30 am every morning), the rooms are very narrow and the prices are really too high. But we were especially disappointed by the way the manager/owner threated us. We stayed 7 nights in this hotel (booked upfrond:... More

I am sorry to read this review as the alleged incidents transpired over a year ago and only now have been mentioned. It has obviously taken us a few days to review our databases to verify the facts. We at Riad El Mansour pride ourselves on our service and attention to detail that the vast majority of our guests appreciate,... More

My son and I stayed for 3 nights. Abdess, one of the best concierges ever, could not have been more helpful, introducing us with delicious mint tea and pastries, showing us the best routes, facilitating our excursion. The staff were all genuine smiles, welcome and helpfulness: they had a real joy and pride in their Riad. Latifa the chef -... More

After reading all the reviews already posted about this Riad, our expectations were very high and we certainly were not disappointed! Our flight on the first night was delayed but the welcome from Wadi on arrival more than compensated. A wonderful breakfast served the next day by Nadia was excellent followed by the crash course in Marrakech by Adbess. Unfortunately... More

We heartily endorse the fabulous reviews for this Riad. We arrived late at night and were warmly greeted at the door of our taxi. We were glad that a previous reviewer had warned us that the dark, narrow alleyways can be a little intimidating. This initial concern lasts only a minute though as we were led into the Riad. In... At the risk simply repeating the previous reviews Riad El Mansour is definitely more than well deserved of the ‘tripadvisor’ award it proudly displays in the lobby. Not only for the quality of the accommodation and board, which is exceptional in itself, but mostly for the excellent staff looking after you and you’re every need during your stay. It does... More

We had a superb time in Marrakech and this Riad was the reason why. Yes, it is in the middle of the medina but we soon became accustomed to the area, the donkeys, the dust, the street markets, the motorbikes etc and the Riad was just an oasis of calm after all the excitement of Marrakech and the souks. Our... More

El Mansour is a lovely place to stay just like so many others have said. I paid a little extra for a cooking lesson. We communicated by smiles, watching and making notes and smelling ingredients. So much work went into the dishes which we had chosen for our evening meals and it was great to watch it all being prepared.... More

Very awsome place, we had tons of fun. This hotel is what made our trip as good as what it was. Everything from being picked up at the airport to awsome breakfast. Abdess made every aspect of the stay incredible. Thanks!

We cannot recommend this Riad highly enough. We were given an extremely warm welcome by Abdess and Wadia (the day and night managers) along with all of the other staff - the Riad soon felt like home and we were encouraged to treat it as such. Abdess's advice on what to see in Marrakech and how to get to the... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at Riad El Mansour in early March and it's one of the finest establishments we have ever stayed in. First and foremost, the staff are EXCELLENT, incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous - we had many interesting and laugh-fillled conversations that really helped to enhance our understanding and enjoyment of Marrakech, the Riad staff definitely contributed...
