Myself and my partner had the pleasure of staying here on a recent visit to Marrakesh. We were greeted by very welcoming staff who, once we'd checked in, showed us to our beautiful room and offered us a complimentary drink and local tea. Our room was beautifully furnished with very traditional high quality furnishings and the bed was amazingly comfortable....

Wow, what a wonderful hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. Firstly, Mustapha (the hotels taxi driver) was at the airport to pick us up and gave us some helpful tips. Once at the hotel Abdess welcomed us and made us welcome. The hotel was so tastefully decorated and our room was lovely. Breakfast was really good with...

We could not have chosen better. The service from the staff is top notch; nothing is too much trouble. Our airline left our luggage behind, and the next day Mustapha (The hotels own driver) took us to the airport to pick it up - and that’s just one of the things that make this hotel so different. My partner had...

I recently returned to Riad El Mansour after an earlier visit several years ago. Once again I loved the location, the friendly staff, the architecture, the fitness center and the incredible food. Will I return? YES!!!

We stayed as a group of 12 girls on a hen - and it was perfect. Being able to have the whole riad to ourselves was amazing. All of the rooms were unique - looked beautiful but also had everything you needed - all amenities as well as robes/ slippers which gave it the 5* feel. Service was great -...

I went to Riad El Mansour a while back, and vowed to come back again, I did, this time with a group of friends for a special birthday. I recommended it to my friends. Organising 12 people and keeping them happy is no mean feat. But for Abdes and Wadi and the team it was a perfect break, and a...

Our second stay at this fabulous hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we left feeling positively spoilt. Recommend this little piece of heaven to everyone! We hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful vacation at this Riad. What made it amazing were two wonderful hotel managers, Wadi and Abdess. They left no stone unturned in trying to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. I highly recommend this Riad if you'd like to be spoilt.

A great looking place, however if you need a stable and decent internet connection and also fitness - running machine that works - this is not the place. Being bale to contact family and other people is a must for me. The various websites that promise a good internet connection for this place and the fitness facilities need to be...

We are based in the ancient Medina with walls a foot thick, the maximum speed of the internet in ALL the medina is 4 MB. At no point did this client, in all his correspondence ask us about internet speed. However, (at our expense), we called a computer technician out to check, who confirmed there was nothing more that could...

Quite possibly the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in - the place is the epitome of Moroccan art & architecture! The staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous, especially the manager, Abscess. El Mansour is really close to the REAL local market, not too far into the "tourist trap" area - perfect balance! Can't recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely...
