Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Great food (breakfast and lunch). I would recommend this to anyone going to Morocco. Facilities are top: swimming pool, hamman. Clean and large rooms, airconditioned
Where to start? From the moment we booked and got in touch with some questions Ahmed was super nice and very quick to respond. We were welcomed by Ismail who took care of everything while we enjoyed a delicious mint tea and Moroccan treats. Throughout our stay all staff was flawless and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. Beautiful rooms with all amenities, very comfortable bed and pillows and overall gorgeous facilities. Breakfast was out of this world! Will definitely return and ensure all my friends and family visiting Marrakech stay at Angsana! Congratulations once again for the fantastic service and thank you very much for giving my family a perfect experience.
Lovely and peaceful place to be for any stay in Marrakech. The riad is ideally located : near the Jamaa el-fna place, a parking lot (for taxis), the palaces to visit and the souks. The area was secured. Everyday the staff has been full of kind attentions towards us. Special mention to the perfect and typical breakfast, the swimming pool and the rooftop. Thanks to the staff for your cheerful and kindness. We won’t forget it. Highly recommended place to stay !
Me and my husband went to Marrakesh for a week in april. I forgot to post a review before, shame on me, but better late than never! We had an amazing stay here. Our room was beautiful, the Riad itself was so peaceful and pretty and the staff was super friendly and kind. A big extra thank you to Mohammed who works there, he was so kind and always asked us about our day. We were in Marrakesh during Ramadan month and me and my husband were enjoying some late evening mint tea on the terrace of the Riad (make sure you check it out!). Mohammed told us a bit more about the culture and about Ramadan it was very interesting. If you have any questions I’m sure he can answer them for you and help you. Nothing but good words. Breakfast was fresh and veryyyyyy good! Their restaurant is also very good! Looking back at pictures def. make me miss this amazing place!…
It was a very successful vacation! It was the first time we went to Morocco and we chose Angsana Riads Collection Morroco without any recommendation. We were very pleasantly surprised by the warm way in which we were received. They waited for us with Moroccan mint tea and made sure we would have a pleasant stay by providing us with the map and internet access. The chosen room was very comfortable, with an inviting scent, clean and well maintained. Room cleaning services were provided twice a day, we always had clean towels available for both the shower and the pool. The staff is customer-oriented in order to ensure a high level of comfort both in terms of accommodation and dining services. The food and drink at the restaurant in Riad Si Said was absolutely delicious. They impressed us with traditional products prepared organically and reinterpreted by their own chefs. We stayed in Riad Dar Zaouia, but we were shown all the other riads with their facilities and stories. We can say that it was an impressive experience, that we met new people and we benefited from some of the best services offered. Thanks to all the resort staff for this! Congratulations to the entire team for their dedication! We will highly recommend this raid chain!…
We absolutely loved our stay at Angsana Riads. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish from the man who picked us up at the airport after our delayed flight, to the server at the restaurant who provided us with the most delicious, homemade breakfast every morning. The service was impeccable! Great value for cost (we stayed 3 nights - buy 2 nights and get the 2nd night free). Rooms were clean and Air Conditioning worked well. Riad Collection was unique and beautiful. My favourite though was the amazing breakfast each morning!! Would highly recommend!
We have just returned home from Marrakech, where we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Riad Si Said, tucked away in a small alleyway in the heart of the old Medina, close to the Bahia Palace and just a few minutes walk from the main square. Whereas all around is the daily hustle, bustle and drama of exotic Marrakech, this beautiful riad offered a quiet oasis of calm to return to - such a pleasure! Beautiful and elaborate Moroccan decor and furnishings in the airy courtyard and in the traditionally-appointed and spacious rooms, a small refreshing swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, attentive and very friendly staff, lovely mint tea, excellent food: this riad ticked all our boxes! Thoroughly recommended to visitors to this amazing city!
Immerse yourself in a calm and very friendly atmosphere: - reserved obligingness - no overflowing breakfast buffet - not far from the central market square in a quiet alleyway - no fuss - no TV-set :-) - helpful staff
4 night stay at one of the 6 riads that make up this lovely group of houses in Marrakech old medina. Riad Blanc literally 30 seconds from the main Riad Si Said, calm courtyard with plunge pool, 7 rooms, 2 little roof terraces. Drinks bought over from main riad, great breakfast, kettle in our room - they brought us jug of fresh milk! Met us at nearest car park to guide us and take bags, about 4-5 mins walk. Really friendly staff throughout.
We were dropped, by Youssef - really lovely taxi driver we had the pleasure of being looked after for all our stay in Marrakech - at a little car park and then, having been relieved of our cases, walked a couple of hundred yards through a couple of small lanes to the main Riad - Si Said - where we were very warmly welcomed and treated to mint tea and treats, whilst our luggage was taken to our room, across the way, at the small Riad Blanc, hidden behind a plain wooden door. It was like entering another world. Certainly "bijou" but simple and calming. Our room was quite small, but adequate and characterful/atmospheric. Importantly, the plumbing all worked well and we slept well, woken each morning by bird song. The rooms are on a couple of floors around an open courtyard with roof top terrace. There is a very small pool, suitable for dipping your toes. All the staff, without exception, were absolutely charming, friendly, helpful, going out of their way to make you feel at home and to ensure you are happy. Thanks to everyone - it worked! Breakfast, served in the open courtyard, was strange to us - meatballs and stewy type things, but, hey, that's all part of experiencing another country (secretly, I was glad to get back to fried eggs when we got home though!). We had some dinners included in our holiday package, at Si Said, but, in any event, we ate there every night, as we had full-on tours during the day and were tired and were happy to use their roof terrace for drinks before dinner and then eat in their restaurant. All good. Marrakech is a very busy place - when out and about you find yourself dodging scooters most of the time, but Riad Blanc (and Si Said) were oasis and we were very happy there. Very clean. God willing, we will return one day. If you are travelling with Voyages Jules Verne, don't miss the Atlas mountains day trip - excellent, although the 15 minutes uphill walk to the restaurant is not for anyone with mobility problems of any sort.…
