First thing to say is the staff that greeted us and looked after us throughout our stay were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We arranged pick up from the airport which was prompt and hassle free. On arrival we were greeted with offer of refreshment and help with local information. Our room was beautiful and just as expected. We had a ground floor room which leads out on to the courtyard garden where meals are served. The Riad is a short walk from from all the main sites. At first the alleyways seem confusing but we soon found our way. There is night time security who will walk with you, though at no time did we feel unsafe. We enjoyed a home cooked evening meal on our last night, which was absolutely delicious. Probably the nicest thing we ate all week, and have had some lovely meals. This Riad is truly a place of peace and calm in middle of the amazing chaos that is Marrakech.

Centrally located close to the palace on Dar el Bacha. The area if safe, however due to the access route through narrow alleys I strongly advise arranging the Riad Dalia staff to meet you or being picked up by their driver. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Waafa for the tea and your hospitality.

A friend and I stayed here for a week in March, and had a great time! Riad Dalia is tucked away in a quiet area a short walk away from all the sites of Marrakech, including the Medina. It has a gorgeous courtyard in the centre, where everyone eats breakfast. The staff there were really lovely and helpful, and arranged transport back and forth from the airport and day trips out when we wanted to escape the city. We also ate a couple of meals in the riad, and the tagines were delicious. Overall, a really lovely stay in a very reasonably priced pretty riad. Would definitely stay here again if we went back!

Booked well in advance and received confirmation of two double rooms being booked. On arrrival, were taken to this riad and wasted an hour being given mint tea and generally faffed about until the hotel's representative (a young man whose English mostly consisted of "Not my fault, I just work here") told us there was a problem with the rooms / they were overbooked (not clear which was true as we were told both stories) and that we would be taken to another hotel which they had booked us into, as soon as transport arrived. This eventually happened by which time we had wasted two hours and were very tired and hungry. Understand hotels sometimes make mistakes / get overbooked / have room problems etc but no excuse for not telling tour operator as soon as they knew, so that we could have been re-allocated suitable accommodation, told about the change and taken straight there from the airport.

We were two couples who chose the Riad Dalia for location and good reviews. Arranged transport from the airport with Easy Jet. Met at souk by hotel staff and escorted to Riad Dalia on foot. Arrived at Riad and was given pastries and mint tea. Then told there "is problems with rooms. We will arrange transport to another Riad". After two hours we arrive at Riad LE MAROCAIN. It is simple accommodation but in a good location. Mohammed is very helpful with excellent English and friendly. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast. Riad Dalia has a habit of over booking. Recomend you cut out the middleman, save yourself time and book Le MAROCAIN direct.

Mr. Mohamed’s Riad Dalia is a place with a very good location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They provide very good transfers also and very good trips. We bought a 2 day trip to Sahara desert and it was magic. The place is so wonderful and quiet. It is like an oasis. Rooms are very intimate with traditional moroccan decorations. It is 5 min walk from Jemna el Fna market. The breakfast is very good and variate. The location although is a bit hard to find on your own when you go for the first time because all streets in Medina are part of a big maze.

I stayed here as a young female solo traveller. I came mid March and stayed for a week. The staff is like family. They looked out for me, there was a security detail for the alleys when I walked home at night. The riad itself is beautiful, and they always offered good conversation. This is right in the middle of the medina in the souks. Navigating the alleys is much nicer when you have a home base not far away. They also offer excursions to mountains, seasides, hammams and the like. 10/10.
