We had a great stay of one night there. The room was very nice, spa&cious and clean. The traditional morrocoan breakfast was great. The location is quiet, but yet near the main sights. The staff members were very helpful, and even brought us to a restaurant in the evening.

Excellent service by Eunice and his team. They consistently went above and beyond in providing a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad, conveniently located a few hundred meters from Jemaa el Fna in the center of the medina. Food was excellent as well. The entrance is unassuming and there is a dirt construction lot right next to the Riad but... More

the Riad itself was nice and the location was good but the management and organisation was bad. They provided drinks and shieshas, along with organising trips for us but they charged exorbitant pricing for each item. They had no available list of prices and we did ask for most things but occasionally quite basic things were charged at extremely high... More

Thank you for your stay and your comment However, I must clarify that we had you communicate all fares, drinks, dinner, shisha, extra. (actually we did not card except for meals) Only you have not kept your account and you are surprised of the total, everyone of your booking order in disorder without any control (maybe we have even forget... We booked 24 hours upfront with this riad for three nights. Right after i booked i needed to go to a hospital, so we had to postpone our trip by about a week. All calls, emails and offers where ignored/declined. We offered to pay 1 full night due to very short cancellation and asked to use the other two nights... More

Hello Annett, Having had some concern with you I thought well you see on Tripadvisor then madam, your reservation was nonrefundable not modifiable, non cancellable, you want to cancel for health reasons (we often have that excuse), I nevertheless offered if you wanted to go back to Marrakech to contact me direct to quote a rate preferential (very preferred) You... I stayed here for 2 nights and our room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom felt damp and some ventilation would be welcome, but still was nice. Breakfast was nothing special, but one day, we decided to have dinner in the roof terrace and the food was AMAZING!! I would say, better than any restaurant in Marrakech! Staff was... More

The room itself, the chocolate room, was nice enough. The Bathroom was worn and chipped and damp in the corner...Although no drinking water was found, no glasses or robes, or toiletries you would expect from the prices we paid. It showed on the website a lot more than what you actually got. The photos were beautifully stage set which give... More

The stay was not bad, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nothing to shout about. The rooftop terrace was lovely and the location of the Riad was very good as it situated near the Souks. I had to repeatedly request for basic toiletries like soap, shower gel etc. So what went wrong to lead me to write a... More

Although the riad itself was beautiful, and the housekeeping staff were lovely, the manager (Murad) cheated us and soured the overall Marrakech experience for us. If you're after the Choclat suite, don't bother. We booked it months ahead due to recommendations, we emailed management twice to ensure the room was ours only to arrive and find it was being 'renovated.'... More

Riad Des Arts was a great base for exploring Marrakech. Peacful retreat in the middle of everything. I loved our tent on the roof here(had amazing air-con). The staff were very helpful and if you speak French(we don't) it would be even easier!! You have everything right on the doorstep- a complete culture shock. Its a place to stay if... More

We spent 2+1 nights in this lovely, peacful little hotel in July 2012. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the aircondition (outside was up to 45 deg.). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast great. If (when?) we return to Marrakech, we will certainly stay here again.
