We chose this riad because it was a few minutes walk from the main square. It was tough to find the first time. We eventually showed the address to a shop owner in the Jemaa al fna and he helped us find it. After that, the people in the riad gave us easy directions to get to the main square,...

Very nice location, easy to find it and 3' walk from the main square/souks! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you with all the enquiries you may have! They may can add some more staff to their breakfast but still whatever they serve is fresh and homemade!

It was our first time visiting marrakech and staying in a riad and after 7 days staying in riad la croix Berbere de luxe we didn't want to leave! Such lovely and kind staff especially Abderazaak. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they helped us arrange taxis when we needed it. Breakfast was served fresh on the...

Truly a Moroccan experience, you will love this rustic Riad immediately. The staff are amazing, Abdul & his team are there 24/7, and nothing is too much bother. We had half board, the suppers were fresh, homemade & delicious Moroccan meals. Rather than the mass catering on offer in the square. Location is perfect for exploring the medina etc. Air...

Spent 4 nights at this Riad over the Christmas period. Fantastic experience. There are 7 rooms, all designed in the authentic Moroccan style. They were clean & well presented, with TV & air conditioning. Missing a power shower though! Beautiful terrace where breakfast is served each day, plus lots of different seating areas around the Riad. The staff were super,...

We have stayed in Marrakech several times and the area where this riad is is lovely. The riad itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. It was chilly in the evenings whilst we were there so the staff lit the heaters and log fire in the dining room. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace where there is also a hot...

Authentic Marrakech in peaceful surroundings. The staff were absolutely delightful, nothing was any trouble for them, everyone smiled and were genuinely happy to help. We had no worries about the security of our valuables in the room, it felt like home. There was a security man who would escort you back from the square in the evenings. Don't expect western...

This Riad is truly a tranquil haven in the heart of a crazy city. The staff couldn't have been friendlier from the outset to the end, anything I wanted. I really can't speak highly enough or offer enough praise. Breakfast just perfect, an array of bread, pancakes, French toast, freshly squeezed juice, dinner delicious on the night I chose to...

My partner and I stayed here with two friends for a few days over New Year's 2014/15. It's a charming traditional but modern Riad located just inside the Medina. The rooms were clean and very comfortable - the beds are quite firm but I found them perfect. Staff were super-friendly, welcoming and helpful, arranging a taxi to pick us up...

“I stayed in two rooms during my stay: Suite Tachmert and Bagazen. I prefer the latter. I didn't find anything referring to suite quality in the Suite Tachemert and it was much more expensive than Bagazen. It had a bit better sound proof than the Bagazen room, though. Bagazen room has nice linen bed cover and stylish pillows.”
