Travelers' Choice
Our receptionists are skilled at answering your pre-booking queries AND everything that can possibly make your stay in Marrakesh a holiday to remember. We will welcome you to our riad as we would friends coming to stay in our home. We have 12 rooms, individually styled. Our riad has a long history of ruin and grandeur, like many old riads, in the middle of the old city of Marrakesh. There is an interesting story behind everything in Morocco. We are perfectly situated at the entrance to the old souk and close to the Djemma el Fna Square. Taxis and transport are just outside our door. We have a swimming pool and hammam, jacuzzi and sun longing rooftop area. We offer practical advice and warm, caring support during your stay. We have a good restaurant onsite - with a delicious breakfast but also open for evening meals - some delicious Moroccan food alongside Italian specials, a local musician and rooftop views. Come stay with us and you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Anika. We arrived early one morning and were greeted with breakfast, an explanation of the best things to do in the city and some tips for tackling the medina. The riad itself is a home from home, clean and well kept, with a lovely roof terrace and cold tub. The staff really couldn’t have done any more for us - thank you for such a brilliant stay.

The staff was amazing. The gm Leann from New Zealand was so lovely and the 2 girls up front couldn’t be any cuter. They went above and beyond with everything. Helped me celebrate my birthday with a fantastic breakfast and cake:) the roof top hot tub area was the best!!!

This riad is so gorgeous inside, and it’s at the perfect location, right at the beginning of the Medina. The staff were friendly, and they helped us a lot with any questions we had about the Medina. They were a big part of our time in Marrakech. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night there.

My wife and I loved staying here! Great location in the Medina with easy access to a road, so it was easy to catch a taxi or walk to the main square. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality! They knew we were about to trek Mt Toubkal so on departure day packed us a lunch to go. If you can sit down and talk with the manager do so, she’s a lovely person with entertaining stories and a locals insight into Morocco. The room was large and quiet, we didn’t hear any other guests. And they are able to serve alcohol :)

The Riad Dar Anika is wonderfully managed. The manager is responsive to every guest, she and her team want to fulfill every wish. Be it the organization of transfers, local guides or shopping. They are happy to take care of everything. The location is perfect! Breakfast can be enjoyed on the wonderful roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Marrakech. Then a short dip in the pleasant pool and the day was perfect! We will be happy to come back again!
