Nice hotel.. Functional and helpful Staff. Very clean rooms and great rates. Nice breakfast and very central on Ave Mohamed VI near the old Town and the new city. If u want to skip the Riad experience this would be a nice stay.

The rooms are in bad need of maintenance. Once you struggle to open the curtains. the balcony door has to be yanked to be opened. Had to change the room because of bad smell. Every Moring at breakfast, you have to askk and wait for basic things, like teaspoons, a salt shaker, a napkin or a an empty glass of...

...then go for it. I stayed for one night and got a newly renovated room on the first floor with a large terrace which was very pleasant. The hotel was rather empty so a lot of the issues commented on before were not apparent. Yes, the place is not five or even four star by international standards, however, in comparison...

Facilities are faulty, and no actions were taken when I notified the front desk (a sign reads that the hotel does not take...

We visit Marrakech during November 2015, stayed at this hotel for a 5 days as my wife attended a Conference next to the hotel. What a setting and excellent service from A to Z. The hotel really knows how to look after its clients. The breakfast was scrumptious and the staff friendly.
