My family and I stayed at Riad Yasmine for a few nights in November, 2019. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. The service and hospitality were just incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of by all of the staff. One morning, our family had a day-trip booked to Casablanca. Our pick-up time was very early, and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to eat before we left, as breakfast at the Riad began serving a little later. Ibrahim went out of his way, waking up very early when he didn’t have to, to give us a small breakfast before we left. We were very grateful. The day we left Marrakech, my family and I actually felt emotional. We've never felt choked up leaving a hotel and their staff before, but it felt like we were saying goodbye to family! I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Marrakech. You will not be disappointed.

You guys. This Riad speaks for itself but if you want to know more the hospitality and service, attention to detail, and overall experience are just as amazing as the pictures you see on the internet. I felt safe, cozy, and well taken care of. The staff were nothing short of incredible. Rooms were impeccably clean, and they provided laundry service. Riad Yasmine is an experience in an of itself while exploring Marrakesh. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I run an annual yoga retreat here, and let me tell you this is THE BEST place you could possibly stay in Marrakech, and maybe even in the world! Alice + Gaby are so wonderful, their staff is all incredible, and they've been the most spectacular hosts over the years. The riad is simply breathtaking, it's so soothing after the hustle and bustle of the medina to walk into this paradise. It's truly an oasis and I can't wait to come back. If you are able to, STAY HERE! It'll be one of the best decisions you've ever made :) They've been especially understanding during this difficult time and offered my to change the time of my upcoming retreat with them. Considering they are usually one of the busiest places to book, I feel like this is super fair and I'm so grateful for their flexibility. They are truly the best, and I'm so looking forward to coming back as soon as possible!

We felt like we were given the royal treatment when we stayed here. We only stayed here one night of our three nights in Morocco, because they were booked the other nights. This was by far our favorite night. Our room was excellent, that dreamy courtyard is so serene and beautiful, and we felt like the service was exceptional. We felt like family there... and were so cared for by the staff. They took time to give recommendations, serve us endless Moroccan tea, help us with our luggage, and make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. That it was. I hope one day we may return to this lovely riad. We miss our time there already!

When we booked our trip to Marrakech i knew i wanted to stay in a traditional riad instead of one of the modern large all inclusive hotels and i spent hours researching the riads on offer but i couldn't find anything that had the perfect blend of style, luxury and authenticity. That was until i saw a picture of the pool from Riad Yasmine on Pinterest. After doing some more research i realised this riad was a photographers dream and after seeing how reasonable the room rates were, the excellent reviews on TA and knowing they had availability i booked it straightaway and was very satisfied by my decision. When we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and delicious mint tea, the riad is beautiful, calm, clean and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. we had booked the largest suite (Merzouga) and it was fantastic, lovely high ceilings, beautifully decorated. i was worried about being cold at night time but there were extra blankets in the room so this wasn't an issue. We befriended the cats (Bibi was very friendly!) and we loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was great, i wasn't expecting much but we were served delicious yoghurts with fresh fruit, pancakes, fresh orange juice, coffee and cooked eggs if you wanted it. great to start off the day with a hearty breakfast with all of the walking around the medina and getting lost in the souks! The other bonus about this hotel is that they serve beer and wine! i loved morocco and cannot wait to go back. thank you for an incredible stay.
