The Hotel is in traditional riad style, clean, maintained, with help[ful efficient staff. Meals are served traditionally, and are adequate.Breakfast is basic - cereals , some cold meats, bread and biscuits with abundant teas and coffee. The Hotel is alcohol free, but a beer or wine can be obtained at the Lebameese restuarant next door, or at the caspian Hotel...

We visited the Moroccan House Hotel in September after booking through a travel company which mistakenly rated it as 4*. Be careful as I have still seen it on a number of well known websites since we got back still being marketed as such. Its true rating is 3* but is closer to a 2* by European standards. Beds were...

This hotel is perfectly positioned. Away from all the mayhem with great facilities close by and an easy 20 minute walk into the Medina. Much more interesting (and safer) than the cab ride. Rooms are clean and excellent value, breakfast is fine, staff are brilliant.

The hotel was clean and very authentic decor, cleaners were lovely and the pool fecilities were very good. However, as a women travelling with 3 other women we found we had to wait almost two hours to get served lunch in the hotel wereas the men who came in after us waited 20 mins, the reception staff weren't overly helpful...

We paid a £1000 for a week b and b basis through best at travel website. We loved marakech but regretted booking this hotel. Brekkie on the rooftop may sound charming but imagine this: only biscuits to eat (on plates covered in clingfilm), flies buzzing around, two kettles but no place to make tea and you are sweltering in the...

We went to Marrakech in March 2009, sorry for not reviewing any earlier. We found a very cheap rate for 3 nights in this hotel, if you find a deal for less than 30 pounds per night, then go for this hotel. Keep in mind that the hotel is not inside the Medina, and you have a 15 minutes walk...

My partner and I hated Marrakech! The only thing we have raved about since being back is this hotel!!! Staff are brilliant, hotel is ammaculate, decor is amazing! Not ideally situated for the Djeema, but it is nice to get away from the madness. Eating breakfast on the roof every morning is brilliant and different. There is a nice size...

Moroccan House Hotel is located in the Guilez district in a side street just off of King Mohammad V road. Guilez is the newer part of Marrakech and the hotel is about about a 15-20 minute walk (or 10-40 dirham taxi ride depending on your negotiation skills) from the medina and Djemma Al Fna square. I was promptly greeted at...
