A sweet hotel with a relaxed atmosphere in a pleasant part of the city. Friendly staff and good service. A good place to stay for a couple of days . Lots of attractions and cafe's within walking distance. But be prepared for a little moroccan kitsch in your room.

In keeping with the Maroccan flavour, there were bright colours on the walls, the rooms oh so dark, the bathroom was clean and basic. A big problem with the bathroom was that it took at least 10 minutes of running the water until it became hot (a terrible waste). The staff were very good, friendly and attended to requests immediately.... More

Very comfortable bed and good amenities. Plumbing a little chancy and lighting could be better. Wifi needed to be used in the lounge. Beware of carpets on the stairs in winter as they looked a little hazardous so we used the lift. All that said I would certainly stay there again as it is convenient for the city of Marrakech... Not far from Yves St Laurent Memorial and gardens and a short walk from one of the main streets, for a small taxi fare you can get to the main part of the city. The decor in the lobby is spendid. Service was good. Just don't rely on the breakfast. Internet signal is not that great in your rooms had... More

Nice place nice accomodation. When we stayed here last fall it was fairly empty. The food was pretty good. All prix fixe menu. The rooms are a trip, the decor is nearly hallucinogenic. Please please please put some up to date TV's in the room or just chuck the old ones. Will come back for sure.

This little, traditional riad just away from all the hustle and bustle of the main city, is just divine. it has such charm, character and friendly helpful professional staff. The Hilton it is not!! but that is what makes this place so unique and desirable. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, I love this traditional riad so... More

We stayed here as the start point of our tour from Marrakech and it's in a reasonable location. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the rooms furnished in a Moroccan style which gives it some charm, but thee bathrooms are a little dated and in need of some tlc. Breakfast is basic but with some variety, although it's a battle... More

On entry I thought wow the lobby was something else, we were greeted with a tea and then taken to our room..then it went down hill ...Bathroom was in need of up dating.. a bidet you couldn't use as it was wedge in between the toilet and sink cabinet, shower was something from the ark but it served a purpose... Vitals: Location: This hotel is located in new town Marrakech, and is about a 45 to 60 minute walk to almost all major sites. The walk is easy and down a busy boulevard, and taxis should cost about 20 dirham (or $2USD) to these sites. There are a good variety of trendy restaurants nearby. Property: Charming property, very detailed an... More

We stayed here twice within a week. Room 2 was ok but not great- too close to kitchen and swimming pool- so quite noisy. The lack of hot water was quickly responded to- and we had access to the room next door. However room 16 which we weere allocated at the end of the trip was a clear upgrade!! A... More
