Stayed at the Moroccan House hotel for two nights at the end of a two week tour of the country. Most of the hotels booked by our tour company were sub standard and this was no exception. The lurid decor was quite amusing, but the total lack of maintenance was very annoying. I managed to get a bad electric shock... More

The hotel's location is good for access to town center and the medina ( old town). It is ok from the outside. It is clean. However, the rooms are small ( the double bed was pinned to the wall). We had to pay 3 Euro for the safe key. There were no glasses in the room and even though we... More

From the netted covers over the bed, to the animal print bed and canopy covers then moving onto the purple walks, wrought iron nick backs, wooden items randomly attached to the walls and most strangely, artwork attached to the walls actually in the bed, I had no words available when opening the door to this room. It felt like someone... More

I had a single room, and I had a nice room with two single beds and great air condition for warm nights. Anything what was on my mind it was helpfully presented by the staff of this hotel. Location is good and it is very close to Railway Station Gare de Marrakech. I liked the swimming pool which helped me... More

We needed a place to literally spend a few hours in preparation to an adventure for which we had to be up at 4AM the following. This is the ONLY reason we ended up staying here. It was also last minute so we did not have much choice. We came here lured by some online reviews, which I now question... More

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. The hotel has horrible bathrooms, no lights in the corridors, poor breakfast, the swiming pool area is not pleaseant at all, the staff does not speak english and are very arrogant. But then, again its dificult to find polite staff in morocco. It also has a lot of non guests... More

The hotel itself is great however we had trouble with the lock on our door, our shower wouldn't work properly and we didn't have a light in our bathroom. We asked to have these things fixed multiple times but nothing was done. Good location though

We spent the first week of our two week holiday at the Moroccan House Hotel. We absolutely loved this place, full of character. We stayed in room 17. The room had one double bed and one single. It obviously at one time only had a double as the old headboard was still in the centre of the room. It would... More

There was some building work across from the hotel .... There was also a nightclub close by which the street became busy and noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel... The decor was quaint but the bathroom could do with an upgrade... The staff were very friendly and most helpful.... good location for walking to several... More

The welcome was less than impressive with a unfriendly reception. However, the rooms were clean and with air conditioning given the price point of the place. Simply you pay what you get. It is in the new city, which you are accessible to many cafes and supermarkets that you would not get in the old city. Depending on your needs,... More
