I probably would have loved this Riad-- considering a Riad is the place to stay while in Morocco -- but instead we were re -routed to another Riad...Riad Lotus Perle. The other place was nice-- but it definitely was not the Riad we booked. We were looking for an authentic Moroccan Riad and instead we got a 'Art Deco'-like, decorated... More

The Riad is in a wonderful location only a few minutes walk from the main square but needs improving and updating. The room was a good size and seemed impressive. Upon closer inspection a few things started to crop up. No key to the main door (actually wasn't a big issue as there is always someone around the check in... More

We was there in January for 4 days. The Garden in the riad and the athmosphere is very nice, also the Service Team. What is a Problem is the bathroom, often there is no warn water and a bad smell. The Manager seems very unsympathetic, right away she Tried to sell a lot of additional stuff , you notice Its... More

It was a fairly last minute booking so the choice of decent riad hotels was limited. We chose this one as the reviews were fairly decent and pictures looked nice. The building and courtyard were lovely and did certainly not disappoint. The rooms are located around the outside of a large courtyard with a small fountain and citrus tree in the... More

For a young family with 3 young kids, family rooms aren't easy to find at fair prices. This Riad has a great location and the family room was ok, but just ok. It didn't look or feel anything like as swanky as it was made out to look on the website. Perhaps for €225 you get what you pay for... More

After walking into Medina like lost lambs, unable to speak a word of Arabic or French, we were thinking how are we going to find this place?! Luckily, I spotted a gold sign that led the way. Walking through a few of the alley-ways, we found it, and walked into a peaceful, orange blossum smelling hub which was Riad Lotus... More

My mother wanted to go away for Christmas and New Year and take us with her. She definitely didn't want a typical large hotel. A recipe for disaster, you may think. And you would be right but for Maggie (the manager) and her staff. My mother and husband are getting on a bit, so after a long flight arriving in... More

Although the hotel was difficult to find (as everything in the Medina) a servant of the Hotel came to find us when we got lost. This is a fantastic decorated 5 rooms hotel. It is clean, peaceful and has an amazing patio where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast every morning. I recommend to try the Hammam, unforgettable experience. The... More

Don't let the walk through the alley to the Riad from the street put you off. It is a clean, peaceful, well run haven. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard each morning. Our room, the Kennedy Suite, was clean, tasteful, and comfortable. The staff at the riad were very welcoming and helpful. We booked a day tour to Mt.... More

Although the hotel was difficult to find even by the local taxi driver it was well worth the wait. I phoned the hotel, spoke to Rashid to say that the taxi driver could not find the hotel, the hotel actually sent one of the staff to find us!! Hotel staff were very friendly, they were always on hand to provide... More
