I had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this beautiful Riad. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was to much bother. All trips and restaurant recommendations were made and booked for us, due to missing our flight Amadou helped us to book our trips before our arrival making the trip a lot less stressful and helped us make... The location and service were great. At first it was difficult to find the hotel but once we found it we were able to easily move around the city. The excursion to the Ourika Valley was great. The only downside was the excursion to Essaouira because we had a very rude driver and because we did not find it worth... More

The hotel was beautiful and clean with a sense of luxury. The staff were fabulous from start to finish, particularly Hassan who was a delight to meet and very helpful! The hotel was safe and provided a comfy stay. The staff were happy to arrange taxis to and from places at a great cost and were helpful in many other... More

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful at any hour! - The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious and clean. They will also pick you up from the airport for 15 euros which makes for great peace of mind - a local taxi however is only 70 Durhams (around 7 euros) which we... More

Be sure to request a room near to the roof terrace to benefit from the stunning Riad. We have just returned after 5 blissful nights in Marrakech. Also take advantage of the Spa and enjoy the delicious Moroccan Rose on the terrace. joe and I were even invited to eat with the lovely staff during Ramadan which was a great... More

We stayed 4 nights, and couldn't have chosen a better place in the heart of the Medina. True, the approach through narrow, winding back-alleys is initially a bit daunting, but you enter through the little door and you are in virtual heaven! The lovely inner courtyard garden is stunning. Reception is understated but excellent, and exceptionally helpful, including a lovely little hand-drawn... More

The staff at Aila were helpful and prompt to address all our needs in a riad that was based on tradition but with a clean modern touch. It is close to the main square and a lovely haven from the business of the Medina. I would definitely visit them again.

We spent 3 nights here last week - myself, my husband and our 7 year old. We had an airport pick up arranged with the Riad which was an additional €15 on the bill - €15 very well spent as we would never have found it. Essentially its 2 houses joined by a roof terrace with guest rooms round the... More

The Riad is beautiful inside. It is a little daunting when you first arrive as the outside is approached by winding and unattractive narrow streets with people milling around. We went out all hours of the day and night and even early morning (5am for a balloon flight) only to find everyone, inside and out, were very helpful. The Riad... More
