itws a really nice hotel, and especialy Mina Fadili, the guest relation manager. she seemed to be everywhere, remember everything, and just smile and help all the time, the hotel itself was clean and pleasant and had a great view.
First time in Morocco and they really did their best to make it a memorable stay. A special thanks to Mina who was very welcoming, was always there to help and really cares about all the guests! There a restaurant within the hotel which I can’t recommend enough, they served us delicious Italian cuisine past 12midnight. Really great work ethic from all the staff. Rooms were very clean, interior design really unique and room service was always there to help. Thanks for making our stay in Morocco as good one!
My wife and I spent 5 nights in this hotel in early May and we were really impressed by it. Situated in a great location, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Of particular note are the reception staff who went out of their way to secure rail tickets to Casablanca for us (none were available online). The hotel is also clean and comfortable - housekeeping staff seemed to be always busy - and we had a spacious room. Mina the Client Relations Manager was particularly helpful and she gave us some great insights to make our visit more enjoyable. She also took time to show us around the Spa and Gym which we both used. The Moroccan breakfast we had each morning was very satisfactory with a large range of fruit, juices, hot and cold food. And you could have freshly made pancakes. The hotel has nice restaurant offering a good menu and a selection of wines. On our return from Casablanca, we again stayed at the Hivernage and both my wife and I felt like we were returning home! It was obvious to us that management are working hard to deliver a great guest experience. We would definitely stay at the Hivernage when we visit Marrakech again…
The hotel itself was superb. Clean, most staff were efficient and helpful, they catered for our early arrival and couldn’t offer anymore cups of tea if they tried! Our room was always spotless and clean. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful. The reason I’ve rated it 4* and nor 5* is purely down to two conversations we had late at night when our aircon wasn’t working. We rang reception where a young lady answered and told us that she couldn’t do anything and we had to wait until morning when her shift finished. We then spoke with Mina (who was the most helpful and polite member of staff I have ever spoken to!! She was so lovely and I thank her for making our trip special) who sorted the aircon for us.
The staff at Hivernage were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Mina who went out of her way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay. I was travelling solo which I was a little nervous about but I was made to feel very comfortable and well looked after. For the price I feel that you get a lot of value and high end service with a premium location (in the same areas as the Savoy). The room was spacious and very clean. The swimming pool area was never too busy and you can get pool side service for food and drinks. The rooftop was closed on this occasion but it wasn’t a big problem, The Pearl over the street has a great rooftop pool which you can visit. Mina provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. The nightlife nearby is great for drinks and food. That being said, if your room is near the main street it can get a little noisy in the evening. The location is brilliant for getting around, you can get to most places such as Majorelle Gardens or the Medina within 30 minutes on foot, or less than 10 minutes in a taxi which the hotel can arrange. The hotel also arranged my airport transfer which was very prompt and easy. The food at Hivernage was also brilliant and very reasonably priced, they also do great cocktails if that’s your thing. Overall it was a brilliant and memorable stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakesh who wants a luxurious hotel experience in an upscale area with great service.…
We have stayed at the hivernage hotel pre-covid and returning after 3years we noticed of course that the interior isn’t as well kept as it used to be. The staff at reception were very helpful and the porters also very nice and helpful. The guys that work in the restaurant Table Du Marche were also really helpful and very nice. Service was a little slow but it wasn’t a problem and after all understandable as it is Ramadan. The rooms were serviced well by by he cleaners and the bed linen was clean and soft. The beds actually very comfy. The room didn’t have a hairdryer, we had to ask for one, which wasn’t a problem and we were given, but one would have expected there to be one in the room really. The hotel just needs a little refurbishment and attention so that the standards do not slip. In terms of service and staff, we rate this hotel over the Pearl hotel (where we have stayed) where the staff appear to be unhappy and simply not helpful.…
We were welcomed with some tea and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Clean and well equipped. We didn't use the swimming pool. We had the Hammam in the hotel next door, literally next door so, no problem. It was worth crossing the road for it! :-) I had the Ritual Berber, and was fab :-) Very peaceful place and clean. Was there at 4pm It got a bit busier as I felt. All in all a great stay. Very happy we could walk everywhere. Happy to recommend!!
Stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t fault it. Hotel is excellent value for money, central, stylish, you’re well looked after by ALL the staff. Wish I knew everyone’s name, but a special thank you to Mina. Couldn’t recommend enough.
We stayed for just two night for my birthday and it was amazing. We had the beautiful Mina Fadili who is the customer relations manager, introduced us to their various services and we are so happy she was around to guide us. We are very happy to have stayed here and will definitely be back soon God willing. Overall Morocco was great fun and hotel very central to everything! People are beautifully friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help! We will be back!!!!
Lovely boutique hotel, we have stayed at Hivernage om several occasions and the staff have always been very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Mina the guest relation manager who is always so welcoming and is always at hand when you need anything. She recommends the best restaurants in Marrakech and will ensure you get the best service! If you need any assistance whilst staying at the hotel then definitely speak to Mina.
