This is my 3rd year in a row to this hotel. The first and second time was brilliant! Lovely staff and great hotel and gorgeous food. Came back this year as we asked for a ground floor room again. We arrived and they recognised us...More
This was by far the worst staff hotel I had to deal with in my life , only the doorman was welcoming and professional. They forgot to clean up my room i had to call the front desk 5 times and go to the lobby...More
First thing, its 100 dinars for the taxi to the hotel, they will tell you 400 and although we didn't know we paid 200! So anything you barter for, 1/4 and go to half if you feel generous.
Hotel, staff couldn't do enough, consistently friendly,...More
Went to this hotel with my grandparents and mother, the hotel decor was very nice, the pool area was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Especially Abdeljalil, our flight was canceled last minute to go back to the US and we were very stressed and...More

Having stayed here 3 times I can honestly say I have never seen anything in our rooms they have always been spotless. However August is the hottest month so that might account for a few creepy crawlies but your in Africa!!! what do people expect?
The breakfast has always been good but we don't eat there in the evenings as we were dissapointed and perfer eating in town.
I personally would not book a suite as the rooms are large and have everything you need.
We just jump in a taxi at the airport it's not that far and is a set price, I can't remember how much but wasn't that much.
Yes there are much better hotels that are closer to town, but I do think some peoples expectations are unrealistic...only my opinion.
