Kesh Boutique Hotel was clean, safe and lovely. Really what makes this hotel so wonderful is the staff. I travelled with my children and the staff treated us like family. They were all so incredibly sweet and kind. Our luggage didn’t arrive when we flew in but Jamal helped us with contacting the airline and he stayed on the phone with them for four hours!! He went so above and beyond! I really can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and looking out for us while we were there. It was also my birthday and they bought me a delicious chocolate cake to my room. We had an amazing time in Morocco and it’s largely due to Jamal and the rest of the staff at Kesh. We really feel like we’ve made friends in Morocco and we’d be happy to come back!
We booked this hotel for 2 nights while we were in Marrakech. Hotel was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was very big and spacious with a mini balcony Breakfast food was good, dinner was limited as we had to order from a special menu, but it was good. Would stay again.
I am writing this complaint while staying at this hotel kech Boutique hotel in Marrakech on today Thursday November 18th 2021. This is my first stay at your hotel and It will probably be the last. Long story short, there's absolutely no customer service whatsoever or sense of urgency whiting your staff! We arrived yesterday Wednesday November 17th ,Our room didn't have hot water so we couldn't take our showers. We called the receptionist to let him know there's no hot water and we absolutely need it! We waited and waited and nothing was fixed! The next day we spoke again to the receptionist that we couldn't take our shower and we need hot water! He responded ok we'll have someone fix it.we leave for the day and come back to our room to find there's no hot water!!! How can a hotel function with no hot water! Please explain this to me, what else can we do in this situation? I have a 3 year old daughter that cannot take a cold shower! No one cares about our basic needs! I'm absolutely disgusted by the unresponsiveness of the staff and will make sure to escalate this issue to the highest level. I will make sure to contact trip advisor and other reputable sites to let them know of our terrible experience! I asked to speak to the manager and no response either!…
I never write reviews, but this lackluster experience needs to be reviewed for others' caution. I will make a list of very disappointing things. Maybe and hopefully hotel management will take this as an opportunity to improve. I will not be coming back and here's why: breakfast had bread that was not fresh. It didn't take a baker to know that this was just frozen for God knows how long and warmed up in the morning. It's also the same bread you get with lunch and dinner, even a dryer. The croissants, pain au chocolate, and other pastries were old too. There were no sugar-free drinks and the carrot juice was laced with sugar, when asked for a sugar-free option, I was told no. Later a kind lady making omelets did offer to make a sugar-free juice. lunch, as mentioned before had the old bread, the potatoes were not fully cooked and partly hard, and most shocking of all we were not offered water with our full board. I know drinks may not be included but God did it come across cheap to not even put a jar of tap water on the table at the very least, not to mention water is only 5DH at the supermarket and they charge you 25DH for the same bottle. the pool area was just disgusting. The lounge chairs of plastic were broken when I tried to sit in one it caved in and when I lifted the cushion the plastic was all broken. All the lounge chairs were dusty and had bird poo on them. They have this nasty green fake grass carpet around the pool that is also disgusting with black pieces sticking to your feet and I wonder why they can't use rough tiles for people not to slip. The worst of all, the pool has a white hue, as if there is milk in it. You could barely see the pool floor. I love to swim but this was not inviting at all. during dinner, there was this group of loud drunk people who were drinking and smoking all afternoon leaving the entry to the dinner buffet stinking and vulgar. the dinner buffet was below average, dinner starts at 7 and the food was cold around 8.30. the worst are the carpets in the rooms and hallways, the carpet literally stinks and had stains. There was some light though, our server Youssef. He was the kindest man ever and we really enjoyed his company and service. During lunch, he advised us on what to order and the steak, salad, and tiramisu were good.…
I enjoyed my stay in hotel Kech Boutique &SPA. it's a nice place for relax and spend a good time, the food was very delicious Big Thanks to Mr.Jamal he made our stay fantastic. nice to meet him very grateful for Jamals services
A new discovery in Marrakesh, very cosy and clean spot big rooms calm atmosphere and close to the center (shops mall ...) Special thanks to Mme Hajar who makes the best Mlaoui in town. Coming back again for sure
loved this hotel, breakfast was great, Jamal made our stay even better as he was always willing to help even though there was a language barrier, also as our flight back home was early in the morning before breakfast was even served Jamal made sure we recieved something to bite before we left which was very much appricated and made our morning easier. very grateful for Jamals services. WOULD DEFO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.
Nice and big room with easy access to the swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff, Located a little outside the city; we could have wished for a more central location. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner we had in the restaurant also very good.
Since Feb 10 2020 I paid around 150$ at the reception for deposit during check-in. During check-out, I was confirmed that the deposit would be deducted the taxes and then I would get the remaining amount refunded. But unfortunately, I have not received it back until now. I would like to ask your hotel to check it again and inform me any further information. I hope to get that pre-authorization back soon and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. I stayed there last year for 2 weeks on my own & couldn’t have been more pleased with everything about the hotel & decided it would be an annual visit for me. This year Jan/Feb I stayed with my son in law & nothing has changed my view on the hotel having travelled for a good few years I have never felt more comfortable in a hotel stay & i would like to thank all the staff for making my stay complete,in particular Jamal who looked after me like a long lost relation Many thanks until the next time.
