A big thanks to Tarik, Yusuf, Hyait and Fatima for making our stay so wonderful, to Abderrazak for our 3 day trip through the beautiful Moroccan countryside, and of course to Maggi, for being so helpful during the planning of our trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfasts very yummy, and the overall experience of staying in a Riad... More

Riad Magi is a lovely old place off a side street from the hustle and bustle of the Djemaa f'na at the centre of Marakech. It is pretty quiet and welcoming, we could sit having mint tea in the court yard without much hint of noise outside. Very tranquil and relaxing. Our room was airy and spacious, white and blue,... There are a number of things that set Riad Magi above and beyone the rest of the riad crowd in the Marrakech medina: 1. The people. If owner Maggie Perry is in town, you're in luck. I am not biased just because she organized the most fabulous wedding for my husband and me. Maggie is a treat for any visitor... More

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did a cooking course at the Riad which was fun, went to the souk to buy the food and took our meal to the communal kitchen when it was time for the cooking. Very nice breakfast served in either the roof terrace or court yard each morning. Only a few minutes walk... More

I have travelled in Morrocco alot and I have to say that this is definitely one of the best places I have stayed. perfectly situated a few minutes walk from Djema al Fna it is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh but inside there is nothing but peace and tranquility. There are five or six rooms centred around... More

A small group of us stayed at Riad Magi's whilst visiting Marrakech last weekend and what a beautiful little haven it is! Tucked away at the back of the Medina the Riad has beautifully restored rooms all with en suites, all built around a central courtyard, with fountains and orange trees. It was so peaceful and such a contrast after... More

We booked to stay at Riad Magi for two nights during a week-long trip to Marrakech on the advice of friends who had stayed there - what a wonderful recommendation this was. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna and easy to find. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed lovely... More

I was lucky enough to spend a few nights at this incredible place, the staff are marvellous, the ambience is superb and the service put's many a five star hotel to shame. The rooms are simple, elegant, super clean with views into the courtyard. If you are lucky enough to stay here when Maggie is in residence then you are... More

Myself and my wife recently stayed at Riad Magi for a long weekend break having had it recommended to us by a friend who had stayed previously - we really were overwhelmingly impressed by the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff - we were literally treated like we were VIPs for the duration of our stay. We found the manager... More

“I had the blue room on the first floor overlooking the terrace and my mother had the cream double room on the ground floor that opens onto the courtyard. All of the rooms are beautiful, but I especially loved mine (blue) because of the EXCELLENT shower! Hot water and great water pressure -- bliss after an overnight flight!!”
