We reached Marrakech at 8pm and didn't see the point in going for a really nice hotel just to fall asleep in, so we booked this, and then the next day we checked in to our main hotel. I have no complaints about this hotel. It's good value for money, and perfect for a night. However if you're looking for... More

This hotel was part of a package on wowcher ( weekend breaks) to celebrate my birthday . The rooms was nice and clean but had a cigarette smell lingering in the room The package also included breakfast which was absolutely disgraceful! The food was not fresh At all, the pastries where rockhard no fruit and there was no hot food... More

About 7 of us travelled to Morocco our hotel was included with our ticket prices; an all inclusive deal. When we got to the hotel we had to fill out a form, pay taxes, get passports checked etc, but it all took some time before we were allowed in to our rooms. The rooms were quite nice. They had air... The one star is given for the cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms and the hotel in general. That's where the positives stop. We went during Ramadan but as it's a hotel you'd think food would still be available to guests - wrong! We were told many times that they don't have any food. This was at lunch and dinner, even once... More

Pretty much in line with what other travellers have posted on here. A friend, my husband and I bought a voucher deal to stay here for 3 nights. The lobby, hallways and rooms are rather grand looking and nice, clean and airy. I'd say it was an excellent location - in the heart of Gueliz pretty much, which is a... More

We stayed here on a 2 night trip and on entering reception were pleasantly surprised at the grand lobby. Check in was relatively quick although once we had our keys we were given no direction to the room/breakfast room etc and had to work it out for ourselves. NOTE - this was the only interaction we had with staff, hardly... More

I just returned back today from a 2 days trip to Marrakech and stayed at the Meriem. To start of the staff is friendly and the room we stayed in was big. The hammam which was included into our trip was extremely poor, which led us to visit a spa house the next day. The breakfast consisted of bread (... More

Hotel is clean but fairly basic, not a 4 star uk more of a 2/3. Room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was very basic and we went to the souqs on the last 2 mornings and spent £3 on a really nice breakfast for 2. Be prepared to tip the staff / cleaners etc... More

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend and we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. The staff were rude and unhelpful - felt like they didn't want us there at all. When checking in it took nearly half an hour despite us being the only people there. At check out there was no one at the desk.... More

We have just returned from staying at this hotel. The hotel was immaculate and very clean. All the hotel workers were friendly and very helpful to make our stay bery comfortable. If I return to Morroco, I will certainly stay there again. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Wifi was available too aswell as currency exchange. Many thanks to... More
