Spent week 1 of our 2 week Morocco holiday at Meriem. The best bits: - had the pools more or less to ourselves so kids were happy - good size family room with huge balcony (although the extractor fan for the air con unit made it quite difficult to spend too much time there with the hot wind. But it...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean. Nice staff. Check out the rooftop, It's not sign posted so nobody goes there. Beautiful to watch the stars over the dessert at night. Basic breakfast but good enough for us. Enquire about free hammam there as you get it if you stay min 3 nights, but it's not well...

We arrived at the hotel and were asked to sit for a while whilst our rooms were checked. We sat for about twenty minutes which could have been annoying but for the lovely welcome tea and biscuits we were served for free! Our first room was big and airy, but a twin. I phoned down to reception and they moved...

Positive - it is clean, it is pretty good located and the lobby has nice design. Now to the negatives .... Starting with the elevator - there is only one and very slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. Service is also very slow. If you need something in the room be prepared to call several times before they...

Nice clean hotel. Not home from home but simple somewhere to stop for a good night sleep. Luckly for the group we had lots of excursions booked and was out of the hotel more than in. The breakfast is very very basic and hardly worth getting up for. Found out the last morning by trying my luck that i could...

This hotel is clean, the food at the restaurant is great and very delicious. The pool is big and perfect for sunny hot days. The majority of the staff were really nice and helping us when we needed information or anything. The location is okay, not too far from jamaa-lefna by car but you can do it by foot too...

We reached Marrakech at 8pm and didn't see the point in going for a really nice hotel just to fall asleep in, so we booked this, and then the next day we checked in to our main hotel. I have no complaints about this hotel. It's good value for money, and perfect for a night. However if you're looking for...

About 7 of us travelled to Morocco our hotel was included with our ticket prices; an all inclusive deal. When we got to the hotel we had to fill out a form, pay taxes, get passports checked etc, but it all took some time before we were allowed in to our rooms. The rooms were quite nice. They had air...

The one star is given for the cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms and the hotel in general. That's where the positives stop. We went during Ramadan but as it's a hotel you'd think food would still be available to guests - wrong! We were told many times that they don't have any food. This was at lunch and dinner, even once...
