this is a very stylish hotel, but not OTT, fairly simple in design, which is based on the Riad style. huge and comfortable lobby, with a 'Phantom of the Opera' type chandelier, and a fabulous Moorish domed ceiling. the Reception staff are not just effiecient and helpful, they are all really nice people: Customer service 100%. my room was a... A pretty good hotel if you take the B&B option. The staff are largely very friendly and helpful. After a few minor teething problems getting a decent room, it all went very well. Breakfast is very good, though I would not recommend the half-board option unless you can live on salads, of which there is a decent selection. And the... More

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. We were worried initially as we had booked this deal through Groupon and although we had seen bad reviews about KP Travel we were really suprised how smoothly it all was! Very relaxing and a great place to chill out and to see the souks when you want to. Not sure if... More

We spent seven nights at this hotel, and found it to be a enjoyable experience. We did bed and breakfast, and could not say anything negative about our breakfast, freshly made omelettes delicious, pancakes with honey so nice, plenty of pastries, cereals, fresh orange juice, plenty of tea and coffee. We were in room 503, had a lovely view from... More

We spent a 4day weekend in March and were blessed with beautiful sunshine - and the hotel has a lovely outdoor area with pool and a good number of pool loungers with towels provided which we enjoyed. The room was clean and had a nice sunny balcony and nice fresh linen and bonus was a little bar fridge (needed for... More

We went there for a groupon promotion, so we were a little concern about what we could find. The Hotel is very well located, just 20 minutes walking from La Medina. The staff in the hotel are friendly, really helpful, and worried to give good recommendations. Especially Mouna and Aissam. The room had a very nice view, very clean, in... More

For the money, this hotel is great. It is incredibly clean and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The reception staff recommended a lovely restaurant nearby where locals eat, which was so cheap and delicious. The porter even took us there so we didn't get lost. We were also recommended a spa - Le Bain Blue... More

We spent a week in this hotel in January this year. We booked it because of positive reviews in tripadvisor. We were rather disappointed about the reviews we put our trust in. The hotel was not what we expected. We immediately got ourselves upgraded, paying additional money, into a junior suite. The room was large and we appreciated very much... More

We spent 4 great days in the Diwane, great staff, good food. Rooms very clean, crisp sheets and virtually brand new towels. Hotel n good position open top bus tour leaves from just outside. Parts of hotel a bit tired but does not detract from the benefits of your stay. Spa & pool very enjoyable.

All in all a pretty good hotel for the money we paid, it was in a central place in the new town of Gueliz and the tourist bus stop was right outside. We had a room on the first floor and after 2 days we asked to be moved higher up as it was pretty noisy being directly above reception... More
