Stayed here with tour operator group. Attractive hotel with atmospheric decor, polite staff, room clean, food good but would have liked a better desert - ice cream would have been lovely rather than dry little cakes. Breakfast the best meal. Was fortunate not to get stomach bug many guests experienced. Paid a lot for single supplement for very dark double...

I have just returned fro a holiday in the Diwane Hotel. The hotel is located very centrally in the new part of the city - you could not wish for a better location, shops and buses are on the doorstep. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, the rooms are large and have a large bathroom. The hotel...

Currently staying at this hotel with the mrs on a "groupon" deal so I suppose we couldn't expect much. Good points - exceptionally clean, good staff, rooms nice and big, bed comfortable, nice terrace outside the restaurant. Bad points - Stomach cramps, diarrhoea, ill, I'll, ill, both me and the mrs. Doctor called by hotel who cost £50 for a...

Everything about this hotel is great! especially the outdoor pool and palm trees with two very cute tortoise lurking around keeping everyone entertained! Rooms are a good size with Moroccan touches and a balcony comes as standard. The only downside is the boring colour scheme that can do with and upgrade as well room lighting. Otherwise a pleasure! Location is...

This is probably the hotel of choice for trekking companies and schools doing trips to Marrakech. As it is it was ok, very not the four star luxury it's website boasts but quite an acceptable basic 3 star hotel. Rooms were large, beds comfy and clean. Hotel was clean throughout. Restaurant served very nice food, buffet style and a good...

Just got back from a five night stay here. We arrived late evening but there was no trouble with checking in etc. Friendly reception staff. Once we put our bags in the rooms, we decided to have a quick walk round the vicinity to suss it out. When we left the hotel that night (around 10.30pm) the guy on reception...

I love this hotel for many reasons, the Hotel staff are amazingly friendly and helpful especially Mounia (Reception), Rachid (concierge) Kalahid (Reception) and all other staffs. They are an asset to this hotel. I felt at home and it felt like they were my extended family. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel and had a room on the first floor facing the pool. Plus: nice pool, good sized rooms, pleasant staff, well served by the bus to get to Jaama El Fna, very clean, problems identified were resolved quickly, good breakfast, very good cold buffet at night, pleasant lobby, wi-fi actually worked in our...

The hotel was a little basic and there are better hotels to stay in Marrakech. However, the style of the hotel was nice and authentic, but food was not good and hygiene left a little to be desired. Staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were a decent size and would recommend asking for a...

The hotel is nice place to stay, located on very good position. Definitely there is in need of refurbishment, however, it is still offers very pleasant stay. Rooms are decorated in the traditional still and lobby is great place as well as the terrace. Personnel is definitely more professional and responsive than than it has been experienced in other Moroccan...

“we had a room on the fifth floor and it seemed the higher up the rooms the lower the level of service - the landings on the lower floors had sofas with candles and rose petals on coffee tables but the top floor was very dark with no candles or rose petals (still had sofas though). There is a lift so no problem which ever floor you have. ”
