Booked with Trip and Friends based on the services they listed then when we arrived we were acommodated in a living room instead of a dorm. We were offered no explanation. It was noisy, confusing, stressful and we did not receive what we paid for. We moved ut the next day.

I have been in Trip and Friend for three day. I hostel is perfect to backpacks. This hotel is very traditional moroccan building, simple, but very clean. The staff is veryyyyyyyyy friendly and like to share experiences life and history. Only one problem is about bathroom that sometime don't have hot water more later because is solar system water.

It is a good hostel by the price that you pay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a good free wi-fi. The structure is not the best one, but it is very confortable and you can really feel that you are in Marroco. Don't expect a great breakfast because it is just bread and cofee or some tradicional...

Cheap, ideal location, nice and helpful staff. A bit simple though, but then again, that's what you pay for. In general a nice and relaxing place to stay with a nice roof terrace (where you can also sleep).

Only a hundred meters away from the central square, this small hostel is an excellent location for every budget traveller. The concierge was very friendly and wanted to help with everything. Interesting asset is the rooftop terrace, with a view over the nearby roofs. Small breakfast arranged by the friendly cleaning lady! Go here if you are in Marrakech.

We only stayed with Trip and Friends for one night (but left our bags with them for safekeeping for 3 nights as we were on Sahara Desert Tour). We had such a great time with Trip and Friends. The owners were so hospitable and friendly and they did all they could to make us feel right at home (and we...

We stayed there for several nights during our travel in Morocco. The rooms were tiny, but clean. However there are no windows (apart from windows facing the main hall). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is very central in the old medina of Marrakesch and right next to Djemma el Fna.

You'll either love or hate this place. But you'll probably like it by the end. Both the hosts and guests were incredibly friendly and hospitable. A bunch of us made tagine one night and Abdul helped us out. No personal space (even in your room) but you make friends. Grungy. Feels like a livingroom.

Booked with Trip and Friends based on the services they listed then when I arrived I was taken to stay at another place without these services. I was offered no explanation.
