We stayed in one of the executive suites on the 3rd floor. The entrance of hotel is gorgeous with amazing art everywhere. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the bathroom is huge. An additional toilet was a plus! The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind and the outdoor patio was our favorite place to have breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily and Jamilah made sure we were happy and stocked with everything we needed. The location is definitely in the mix so if you're looking for a quiet place, I wouldn't recommend, but if you're looking for a location near almost everything...this is it. Would stay here again:)
Rooftop Bar at The Pearl Marrakech is a must when in Marrakech. We booked via VIP and on arrival we were met their friendly staff and we were ushered literally like VIPs😍. They showed us around and made us to comfortably choose our table to comfortably watch the beautiful Marrakech sunset. Food and drinks are georgeus and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
We had a great rooftop dinner with drinks beforehand. Our waiter Reda was excellent suggesting drinks and food. we had a fantastic evening overlooking the city. Food was great. I had a great entrecôte with mushrooms. Service was even better and super attentive. If you come, ask for Reda!
Pearl rooftop restaurant and bar remain my favourite place in the city. Great service provided by Mohamed and his team with outstanding food. I have been coming here for 5 years and their Japanese food has never disappointed me. I honestly think it is the best japanese food in the city. Keep up the great work :)
After spending 2 months in glamorous Dubai I had to then travel to Marrakech which I was a bit apprehensive about however as soon as I was welcomed warmly by the very accommodating staff at The Pearl, I was felt at home right away. I was able to watch my Football team play a few times in the Roof top cinema at night which was a joy and thoroughly enjoyed my massage at the spa. As a regular gym goer I was impressed with the weight selection in the gym with Dumbbells going up to 40kg which is rare in hotel gyms. Over all I highly recommend staying at The Pearl, the location is perfect in Hivernage with a few cool restaurants and bars in walking distance. A very special thank you to Kawtar (Guest relation Manager) who ensured my stay was exceptional throughout. I look forward to staying here again.…
Perfect location, clean and tidy, very nice breakfast, wonderful spa, I tried the deep hammam scrub. The people working there were very nice especially the manager, a smiling young lady, was really helpful and trying her best to satisfy us! Housekeeping and room service was a bit slow and unorganized. We had to ask more than three times to have water, coffee or to have our side light fixed.
The Pearl lounge is used by BA business class passengers. It is modern and pleasantly organised. But the catering offer is poor and the surly attitude of the staff ( when you can find them) is a poor reflection of Morocco. When we arrived around 13.15 all three lukewarm dishes were virtually empty though two were replenished later. There was no labelling to tell you what was in the dishes. There were no plates nor glasses until we caught the attention of one of the staff. If you want wine or beer you have to ask for it provided there is someone behind the bar. It’s either red or white - no indication of what type of red or white. And it will be served with Soviet era grace. If you want coffee you have to ask for it and it appears 10 minutes later. There is also a small desultory selection of pastries. There were French newspapers and one battered three week old copy of Stern magazine. Anyone who pays to enter this lounge will be sorely disappointed. And BA (and other airlines) should try to instil some minimum standards for their business customers.…
Amazing property, excellent location, the best service of Marrakech, I loved the confort of the bedroom and the great breakfast. I can only recommend this hotel. Will be back for sure. Thanks to all the team.
We had diner at a table of 8. We waited a very long time to be attended, then served. Some dishes were ok but people having the couscous were very disappointed. In my view it’s a bling place to have a drink maybe but certainly not for people expecting good cuisine.
Hotel looks ok but the restaurent service and food is the worst i ever had. Booked half board but dinner time items are very limited. Asked for mango juice but were served orange juice. Only had the option of cheese cake as dessert and yet out of six people they can only serve 4 cheese cake. Dont expect this kind of services in a 5* hotel restaurent
